Gastgeberin freundlich sowie hilfsbereit und keine Mängel an der Ausstattung. Für große Gruppen weniger geeignet, wenn alle zusammen essen wollen (dann wird es sehr eng). Auch nicht praktisch für große Menschen (Dachschrägen in der Dusche). Wohnung recht dunkel, klein und nicht besonders stilvoll ausgestattet. Insgesamt auch einfach zu teuer.

Die Wohnungen sind in einem akzeptablen, sauberen Zustand. Die Vermieterin hat einen freundlichen Eindruck gemacht und war hilfsbereit. Die Wohnungen sind aber nicht liebevoll oder stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr dunkel und in der Dusche muss man als normalgroßer Mensch wegen des Dachs gekrümmt stehen. In Anbetracht dessen sind die Wohnungen einfach in keinem vernünftigen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
