"Clean room, as per the norm for all Japanese hotels. Very modern and spacious room. Great location as you can walk to Atami Station in less than 5 minutes. Because of it's local near Atami Station, you are close to everything - shops, restaurants, transportation, etc. Our room is in the back that faces the train tracks. Surprisingly you can't hear the trains even though they rain close. If you are a rail fan like me ask for the back. It was a pleasant surprise!"

"We stayed 4 nights in this beautiful hotel and absolutely loved our stay. Everything is new, having a fridge, washing machine/dryer, good size kitchen, big bathtub, comfortable bed in the room was amazing. Close to the station, easy to get around. the breakfast at the hotel was delicious and highly recommend. Hot chocolate in City Bakery is the best. There are a lot of restaurants downstairs. Pizza was great. We will definitely come back again. "

"I often stay at this hotel, which is clean, with spacious rooms. I like the location, and most of the staff members are extremely friendly. One negative is that although I have stayed probably 100+ nights over the past few years, the reservations system doesn't recognize me if I book via an agency (e.g. Expedia), which I always do, because the prices are terrible via the hotel's website. Several times I have been given an awful room (brick wall view) and had to change it. Obviously a chain-wide IT problem, but one that should be fixed and it would benefit the hotel's customer service delivery to do so. "
