There was a microwave, fridge, kitchen sink with dishes/soap, washer/dryer, kitchen table, sofa. It was two levels with bedrooms upstairs. We never saw our host. It was self check in with a code. "We were made to feel exceptionally welcomed on arrival by the staff. The place was comfortable and clean, the staff extremely attentive, and we were provided with every amenity required. We felt that the offer of the Yukatas and sleeping garments were really considerate. We enjoyed the carefully curated dishes for dinner.
