No internet access in room, TV didn’t work, no linens, towels toilet paper, etc. Bring your own or pay for use of their linens, towels and hope the market is open for food and other needs. Parking? "Superbly located property, a few yards away from the lift with great facilities; garage, ski lockers, pool… we checked in online (which we strongly recommend) via the link the property sent which saved us queueing on arrival Saturday (queue was out the door!) - they will send you a SMS with you room number, go there straight away and your keys and instructions will be on the kitchen table. Brilliant! Would return if skiing in Alpe d’Huez again."

"Hôtel sympathique et typique savoyard. Appartement fonctionnel, spacieux et calme. A revoir la literie (matelas mousse qui s'affaisse) le linge est propre tout comme l'appartement par contre il y avait cette odeur de tabac froid pas terrible. Mais je n'hésiterais pas a revenir la prochaine fois. Je recommande tout de même puis le personnel est aussi sympathique."

"We had a wonderful week in Catherine and Gilles’s beautiful chalet. The house was spacious, very comfortable and fabulously well equipped. Our chef loved the kitchen. The cinema and swimming pool were perfect places for the children to relax after their exertions on the slopes. Sadly, at the very end of the season, the chalet was no longer ski-in, ski-out and some of the shops in the village were either closed or low on stock. However, we shall take away some extremely happy memories of our week...
