perfect elopement

My partner and I got married under one of the beautiful arches in the national park and we could not have asked for a better place for our reception. The houses were beautiful and the way there were set up made a perfect location for the reception while offering privacy for those who wanted to hide out at the other house. Great Family Space

Beautiful and spacious home It was close to downtown shopping and restaurants and minutes away from hiking and biking Great vacation home We enjoyed ping pong tournaments, putting together a puzzle, hot tub time, and nightly family dinners in the patio with an incredible view We would recommend it to anyone

Great location for a bachelor party group

We fit 22 men in this house. We like that it was divided into two units. We used one unit for the cooking and social gathering. The other unit was used for anyone who wanted more quiet or needed to do some work. The house has beautiful scenery and it’s well stocked. We were happy with what was provided overall.

Amazing house in a great neighborhood

We had a large group that stayed on the property. Everyone was very comfortable and had plenty of room. We make an annual pilgrimage to Moab every year and we will for sure be staying there again. We also had plenty of parking for 7+ off-road vehicles which was nice.

Great spot for friends and family.

Nice home that had everything we needed. Enjoyed using the SUPs at the lake. Having beach chairs was great too. We were a large group so rented both homes. It would have been nice if you didn't have to go outside to get in the other side/home. Even a way through the garages would have been nice for when one family rents both. Easy drive in to town and to the parks.

Ok. Clean property. Some vistas obstructed by neighboring housing. The kitchens were well stocked. Patios had enough furniture. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable.

Amazing place!

Loved it! We knew the two homes were separate and side by side but all 10 of us had a great time. The pool was too crowded to enjoy but not surprising when it is over 100 degrees in Moab. Parking was fantastic for my truck and trailer and the 7 other vehicles. Highly recommend.

Almost the perfect place!

I assumed it was one big house that could be rented separately, but it’s a duplex! We had six couples with all meals planned together! It worked, but cumbersome when you had walk around back to get together in the dark! No lights between units in the back! The pool is not on the premises. It’s group pool with other houses and duplexes! With an almost $600 cleaning fee, don’t ask me to take towels to the washer and have demands on users to do dishwasher etc. if you have a large group and use both sides of the duplex, you go to one side or the other, but no way to get to the other unit but outside! We made it work and had a good time!

A great stay

The house was very clean. Both kitchens are stocked with a great supply of pans and small appliances. Bathrooms are supplied with nice towels and again, were very clean. this was probably the most well stocked house we have ever rented. The only drawback, as mentioned by others, is the lack of interior access. There's a path between decks that does work well when the weather is good. However, we encountered rain and snow while we were there. There is not any covered access between the two units. We found that the concrete becomes very slick and dangerous when wet or freezing. Also, it is dark on the path that connects the two units. We would rent again from this company.

Great place for a stay, with a large group. We all had four wheelers.

This was a good property for large group, plenty of activities and appliances, lounge areas. However Keep in mind if you rent both units there is no internal passageway.

Moab travels

The house is really a double, it’s beautiful, and it worked out for our large family, 4 children and spouses and 10 grandchildren. We had planned on using the garages for the boys to sleep as there are available extra beds, folding beds and ottomans that turn into beds and bedding but…the July extreme heat was not so conducive to this arrangement. It did get up to 115 degrees the one day. There are a total of 6 bedrooms on suite. The location is convenient to Arches and Canyonland National Parks and other activities. The sunrise is gorgeous from the patio. We had a great time!

Did not disappoint

Our group of 18 (including a 6 & 9 year old) were very comfortable. We cooked every meal for our 3 night stay and had everything we needed in the unit - pans, crockpots etc. plenty of space to park our toys....Kenny is a very responsive and helpful host. A great trip and we will definitely be back.

Perfect in every way

Great place for Friends

We loved it! Better then pictures. The place is big and spacious. Every room is a suite so we all had our own space. No sharing bathrooms. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed. Very Clean and the beds were super comfortable. This is probably the best house we have rented here in Moab. The home has lots of outdoor space and great seating areas. The fireplace at night was awesome and our own private hot tub was great. The owner was very helpful and made checking in late at night easy for us. We have already booked our return visit. Highly recommend this place!
