This rental is great. Clean and quiet. The owner is very responsive and helpful. It's a bit south of town but perfect if you're spending time in Bears Ears.

The home was clean and had all needed ammenties! The pool was great for the kids, I wish the hot tub would have been larger (not in the host control :) )since sooo many people were there and that was the main attraction for most.Beds were comfortable and the place was roomy for all of us to spread out! Sherry was super responsive! We had a hiccup at check in and she was quick to help!

Recently stayed at this wonderful VRBO property, and we had an absolutely fantastic experience. From start to finish, everything about our stay was perfect. The property was immaculately clean and well-maintained, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Outstanding!

Clean is most important to me, and it was spotless. This place has everything a family could need for total comport. Part of my family stayed in their 40-foot camper and I stayed here. We may all stay here for awhile next year.

Nice place

Property was clean and nice. Check in process was difficult. Could have used some info up front: unit number was not listed, the fact that there is no cell service until you get on WiFi in the unit.
