Awesome place with great room options. Close to all the cool little shops and restaurants nearby. Very close to the national parks. Normal breakfast for a hotel but was good with plenty of options. Service desk was really easy to work with upon checkout and checkin. Very friendly and knowledgeable of local options for food.

We got the keys, and it was people in 2 of the 3 rooms that we booked!!! Ha ha, it was a surprise. Breakfast at this place is overhyped, it was quite poor. Rooms are good - large, clean and convenient with everything you need. Pool and hot tab are outside - far away from the rooms - not convenient in cold period of time, to the degree that it does not makes sense to use.

Conveniently located in downtown Moab, you are within walking distance of everything. This is a MOTEL with outdoor entrances, a nice pool area, laundry, and a fairly stocked continental breakfast.
