This property is located in a great area short distance to the Main Street near shops and restaurants. This was our second time staying here. It is very clean, the home is very well equipped and the host is very responsive. It is perfect for families and has plenty of room if you are hauling a trailer. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend!

Perfect for Trailers

I spend hours researching the best places to stay, and this place checked all the boxes. Perfect little community pool and back yard for my kiddos. Definitely recommend for someone traveling with a trailer!

If you're looking for a home in this area just stop, stop now! This home is meticulously maintained, has everything you could possibly need from kitchen gadgets to a cooler for your afternoon adventures and a wonderful, private, backyard for dinner at sunset. Would 100% recommend.

Great place to stay.

It was a great place to stay fory friends and I. Everything is very clean and organized. Kitchen was well stocked with basic seasoning. I'd definitely stay here again when I go back to Moab.

Amazing Property

This home was more than described! It was so beautiful and in a nice, safe location. The amenities were very helpful, especially the laundry room with the starter of laundry detergent. We completely enjoyed our stay at this home.

LOVELY PLACE!

We were 6 senior women from 65 to 85 and loved the convenience and comfort of the home. Everything was labeled and the info in the notebook was easy to follow. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

National park tours

Great home in a beautiful setting. One of the cleanest and well laid out home we have visited. Convenient to the parks and amenities in town. Contacts were readily available and helpful. We very much enjoyed!

Well equipped, clean and close to everything

A short drive south of the Moab, this clean and family friendly home was perfect for our group of 7, including 3 kids. Beds were comfortable, house was nicely cooled, gorgeous views, and very well equipped kitchen and thoughtful additions all around the home. Pool and hot tub were a bonus! Everything we could have hoped for and more!

Wonderful Home in Moab

This home was exactly as described. The kitchen was incredibly stocked. Beds comfortable. Excellent location. Perfect for 4 adults traveling to see Arches NP. Excellent communication from home owner. We would definitely come back again!

Great location

This was a very clean comfortable home just South of Moab. It was a roomy three bedrooms with a nice patio area. If you are a biker there was a secure area in the garage for bikes and assembly if needed. It also came with community pool access. Communication great with owners. We were pleased with our stay.

Arches National

Clean, comfortable, well- stocked home 15 minutes away from visitors’ center in arches national park. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful views of surrounding area. Plenty of room for a family of seven. Owner was very helpful with recommendations and very communicative the entire time. Only staying for one night doesn’t really make the cleaning fee a great deal, but overall still well worth it and much more comfortable than hotel rooms!!

This is the second time we've stayed at this property. The owner is easy to communicate with, respectful and kept us informed about our stay, updates to the property and asked if there was anything we needed that was not previously at the property. We find the property to be clean, well stocked with linens, kitchen ware and appliances. We hope to book this property for our 2024 trip as well.

3rd trip to moab

We LOVED this property. Things we loved: 1) three bedrooms with queen size or king size beds (important for three couples), 2) layout of house super functional, 3) house very well stocked, 4) super clean, 5) nicely decorated, 6) great location. Things we didn't love: NONE. We would definitely come back to this property again. Out of our three trips to Moab, this property has been the best. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Perfect location and the home is stunning!

This home offered all of the amenities you need for an extended stay. Very comfortable beds, furnishings and inviting home. The kitchen has EVERYTHING. More coffee makers than target. All the cooking utensils you need and more. We cooked every night and BBQ, it was very nice to be sitting in the backyard in the evenings for dinner. The community is super quiet. Beds were all comfortable and 2 kings was a plus. Living space was open and lots of space. We would definitley stay here again.

Professional Set-Up

The house was very nice, very clean. The host checked on us via the app to make sure we were good. We used the grill and it was immaculate. TV and living area was very nice. Nice to have a garage to use. This host was very professional and had the bathrooms well stocked and clean, bedrooms were stocked well with extra pillows, kitchen was stocked as well, they even labeled the light switches (which was very nice actually). We did not use the pool, it looked on the small size. Neighborhood was very safe and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Moab house

The owner was very helpful and proactive throughout our trip. She even let us know that we forgot something and offered to hold it for us if we could come back. The house was spacious, the kitchen was nice and well-stocked, our kids loved playing in the little backyard and probably would’ve loved playing in the pool if we’d had time! And my husband loved the grill :) The only con was the small master bathroom, but it still had everything needed, and the other bathroom was plenty big! We’ve stayed in rentals with extended family before, but this was our first time doing this ourselves, and we were appreciative of how smoothly it all went!

We had an excellent stay. Our host was wonderful and the property was just perfect for us. A really great property for staying near the national parks and enjoying Moab.The community pool is pretty small but clearly better than nothing. We would definitely stay again.

The "Screaming Elk" is the gem of Moab!

Charming home, in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes away from everything Moab. The host is highly responsive and the home is exactly as advertised. We will absolutely recommend this VRBO for families traveling to Moab.
