Everything you need and priced right

Neighborhood felt safe and clean, just far enough out of town to avoid any heavy traffic and felt like our "own place." Didn't need anything more than what this unit offered. Views were stunning 24/7. Would definitely stay here again. Management responded very quickly to questions.

Great Place to Stay

The townhouse/condo was great. It had everything we needed and plenty of room. There were plenty of games and movies for downtime and it was located close to Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park. It was a little out of town, but close enough to stores and restaurants.

Great location and very organized

The place was great, clean and organized. There were a lot of movies and games to enjoy during the night time wind down. My kids loved walking over to the hot tub each night, so it was great that it was a closer unit to it. We would stay here again.

Great location

This location is great for Arches and Canyonlands. It was also our base for seeing the total eclipse. Everything was as advertised and we were pleased with everything except the tv in the master bedroom, it operated so differently than the other tvs - but we weren’t here to watch tv. Would stay here again if we are ever back in the Moab area.

I really say this about anything, this stay was nearly perfect. The unit itself is perfectly located, having access to the swimming area and basketball courts was a bonus for our kids, and everything was stocked in the best way possible. I can't think of anything else we would have wanted. Communication was great, highly recommend staying here.

Adobe style condos south of Moab

Rim Vistas 1A8 was nicely furnished and clean. The photos represent the unit well. It's a short walk to the pool and hot tub. The views of the surrounding red rocks were great. It's about a 10-12 minute drive south of Moab, so we drove into town for dinners. The garage was a nice convenience.

Great basecamp for Moab adventures!

My brother-in-law and a mutual friend stayed here last week on our trip to explore Moab and national parks. Access instructions were clear and accurate, the unit was extremely clean. Kitchen and pantry were well supplied and stocked. TV’s worked well, wi-fi was excellent, and we appreciated the expansive DVD library. Watched “Breaking Away” one night! Bedrooms were comfortable, the master was very nice. And the price was right! I would definitely stay here again, and not hesitate to recommend based on our experience.

We traveled with our family of four plus my mother in law and everyone was very comfortable and the bedroom/bathroom layout was great. We loved having the ping pong table! Plus access to the basketball courts was great. I’d give the management company 5 stars. They are extremely helpful, responsive and friendly. My only complaint is that the main living space feels quite dark. There is only one window at the front of the unit and the main floor feels a bit cave-like. The second floor has plenty of windows. (We stayed here in November. It might get more light in the summer). Overall this was a really great stay.
