Overall great experience

The place is lovely, and we especially enjoyed the pool. One of the public hot tubs was closed, which was a bummer, but having the private hot tub was very nice. Only real drawback about our unit was the oven being broken, which we didn’t know until we tried to cook our dinner in it.

Moab spring break

We had a wonderful stay at this Sage Creek Unit. This is our second year going to Moab and Sage Creek and it cannot be beat. The pool is so wonderful for all after a day of recreating and the condos are spacious, well thoughout and beautiful. We will be back!

Good spot for a quick get away

Was a perfect place for a boys trail riding weekend. The hot tube was just what the doctor ordered after a long day on the trail.

Excellent for Vacation

The condo was clean, spacious, and well stocked with linens and cookware. The pools and hot tubs were a nice bonus and contributed to the resort-style feel. It is conveniently located 5 minutes from downtown Moab, in a quiet neighborhood. This condo is pet friendly and was perfect for my family's first vacation to Utah.

Great stay!!!

We had a quick weekend getaway for a Bachelorette Party! This was a great place for the five of us girls to gather in between pool time, get ready for dinners, and relax between activities. We had a great time at our stay. I appreciate the communication level I received from Utah's Best as well. 🤗

Perfect place for a getaway!

This was the perfect place for our family. The space was clean and modern and had everything we needed. The pool/hot tub was awesome after a day of riding trails and the kids loved it!! Our unit also had a hot tub on the patio however we could not get it to heat up - I didn't communicate this with the property manager because we were out on the trails all day & didn't want to message late at night but other than that small thing our stay was everything we needed & wanted!

Great family choice!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This a great place- the pool and hot tub were awesome! However, kitchen was not equipped to cook. The kitchen was not set up for cooking! We had to eat on paper plates, buy a pan, the oven wouldn’t stay on and the BBQ barely worked. This was a let down, but everything else was perfect.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Generally our experience was good. The condo was nice and as-pictured. If you are of average height, the kitchen will be difficult as cabinets are significantly higher than standard and kitchen lacks sufficient dishes for the # of guests the condo can accommodate. Stove was difficult to use and we were never able to get the oven to turn on. Beds are sink-in soft so if you need firm, this is not for you. Living room furniture was a bit worn. The pool was great! Management company provided us with the wrong door access code (on-site mngt thankfully helped us), wrong wi-fi password, and check-out instructions an hour after we had left the property.

Wish I could have stayed but was devastated by a hurricane and I can’t get my money refunded

We didn’t get to stay in this resort because we got hit with a cat 5 hurricane. I called to cancel October 1st and was told to make a claim. I got the travelers insurance and I made a claim and haven’t heard anything. Utah best said they would not refund money. They tell me to contact vrbo. I have tried to call for days multiple times a day. I wait 15/20 min and then the call just hangs up. I rented 2 of these units. Unfortunately owned by different people. The other unit canceled and refunded me no Questions asked and this unit made me go make s claim which the company made me upload pictures to prove I was in a hurricane then I don’t hear anything.

Lovely stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay. The condo is lovely, and the setting is gorgeous. The pool is awesome. The kitchen is well stocked. Towels and bedding were adequate. Decent amount of toiletries and soap. The beds were mostly very comfortable, but the sofa bed is horrendous. We literally preferred sleeping on the floor. We tried to contact them about maybe an air mattress or some other remedy, but they never returned our messages. We did not try to find someone on site as we were out and about, but I hear they do have someone there. It was a short stay, so we managed. I think it might be better to book directly with them rather than air bnb.The listing says up to 12, but I think that would be tight. We had 10, and it was fine. But they do not have any extra blankets and pillows or extra towels. And there were only 7 chairs/stools in the kitchen, though there would be room for more at the table.Overall, it was great. Really beautiful and very clean. We had a nice time. We could even walk down the block away from the street lights and star gaze. And the pool is seriously awesome.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic condo with plenty of room for 2 families including a great bunk room for the kids. Pool area was well kept and a great bonus at the end of a day of hiking or riding. Parking lot was well laid out for trucks with trailers. The condo has a very low walkability rating to be able to walk to restaurants, so plan on disconnecting your trailer and locking it up to go into town for dinner.

Sage creek fun

Loved this place the hot tubs were so relaxing. Door code they sent us never worked but luckily sliding door was unlocked. Great place to stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Checkin was excellent as we arrived at Sage Creek a little early and the unit was readied ahead of schedule. Everything in the unit was very nice and lots of space for the 7 of us. The kids loved the pool with the waterfall. The furniture in the living room was worn out and needs to be replaced, otherwise the unit was outstanding in every way. It's about 8 minutes from Moab and 15 minuntes from Arches National Park. It was quiet and peaceful. The customer service was exellent.

Great Place to Stay in Moab

We had a great stay at Sage Creek Resort. We chose to stay here because of the pool and we wanted more space. We knew the resort was further outside of downtown Moab. The rooms were very spacious and perfect for our family. Beds were cozy. The only downside was being on the first floor we had to keep all of the blinds closed to avoid people seeing in and there is no view -- next time we'd book an upper floor rental. Also the people above us were LOUD walkers -- but they do mention this in the listing as a potential issue, I was just surprised how loud the people were and kids jumping/running around late after 10pm. The keypad on the door is a bit finicky and the reservation had two different codes for the front door, so took us a few minutes and a phone call to get in when we arrived, but the place is just as advertised. We loved the large washer/dryer for towels and the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. We'd have loved blackout curtains in the rooms, cause the sun woke us up early. We'd stay at Sage Creek again -- definitely a nice place! The food truck out in the parking lot was great too.

Beautiful stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the stay. The rental was even more beautiful than the pictures. The pool really made the stay awesome, they had a beach like pool where the toddlers could slowly wade into the water and 2 hot tubs, one with a waterfall. The rental was very clean and plenty of room for everyone. The beds were incredibly comfy and the kids love the bunk beds. 10/10 would stay here again.
