Sculpin Studio - Steps to Beach - Ocean View, Dog Friendly!

The Sculpin Studio has amazing views and is as close the beach as you can get in Washington. Newly renovated and fully loaded for a weekend of razor clam digging or strolling on the beach and discovering the coast.

This is a quiet vacation and residential community. Please respect our neighbors and the beach.

You will be sent a code for the front door.

This beautifully updated studio is the perfect space for a couple or family with children. It's approximately 400 square feet and has an eat-in kitchen, Queen bed & full size pull out sofa bed.

Please note: The house is a triplex and has a another unit located next door that has a mirrored layout. The additional larger unit is a 3-bedroom suite that is upstairs. All three units are completely separated from each other and have their own separate entrances. The backyard is the only shared space along with the outdoor fire fit.

If you would like to rent the entire whole house pleas look for the Tidepool Townhome Entire home on Airbnb.

You will need a car.

This is a dog friendly (sorry, no cats) unit so your pup can join you on vacation. We do charge an extra $40 per animal.
You will have one designated parking spot and we do offer overflow parking if needed that is first come first serve.

The internet speed is around 80-95 mps, great for a work-cation!

Please note this is a lower unit. There is a unit upstairs. Although we have added sound barriers, there is a chance you will hear guest footsteps n the upper unit.

Sounded like a battleground from the upstairs neighbors because of poor build and no sound insulation. Double size bed and terrible mattress made for extreme lack of sleep. Hard to close bathroom barn door that was very loud so you couldn't use at night as it would wake others. Unexpected shower floor lower than bathroom which was dangerous as you could not easily see it. The very tiny bathroom had no place to set your bits and bobs. Most faucets were in possible to tell where hot and cold were. The kitchen was well appointed enough but really the ONLY redeeming quality about this place is its location being beach side.

We’ve stayed here about four times in the last five years, and each time has not disappointed! The unit is very cutely decorated and has all the basic things you’d need in the kitchen! The direct path to the beach is one of my favorite parts about this space.

We chose this spot for its close proximity to the beach. It is right on the beach near prime Razor clam digging. A winter storm was blowing in the night we showed up and the little space was warm and cozy, the perfect remedy for such an occasion! We loved it! And so did our dogs.

We had a wonderful stay. Wave watching from the deck and getting some great sunset pictures. The location is perfect, the kitchen is well supplied, the wifi was great. The host was very responsive. This place was great! Great view of the ocean, clean, and comfortable. It was a great place to stay while we visited the Quinault region of Olympic NP. Moclips is a small, quiet community with other communities nearby to get all your necessities.The beach was so cool, lots of space to do your own thing without bumping into people. Plus, you can drive on it as well, which was cool! Having a washer and dryer on the property was very convenient during our week-long travels. The dishwasher was also a nice convenience. I HIGHLY recommend!!!

The place is adorable, it was VERY clean! I didn't want to leave, I was so sad to only spend one night there. The beach is just steps away. There are no stores around so make sure you bring food and drinks!

Christian’s house was the perfect home base for a relaxing beach getaway. I was looking for somewhere to drink my coffee and read a book at the beach without having to work too hard and it served that purpose perfectly. It’s also a great home base for venturing into the Olympic National Park. I will keep it on my favorites list for future getaways.

This studio is conveniently located and right on the beach. It had everything my dog and I needed. The beach is literally steps away. Moclips is a wonderful beach with a area designated for no motor vehicles which I really appreciated. The Sculpin Studio was well appointed, had a great view of the beach, and was very clean. Also, I appreciated the clarity of the check in and out process as well has how to use the amenities. Thanks for a great time!

This apartment had everything we needed for a lovely stay. Next time we'd probably book one of the other studios, as the apartment was a bit tight for 2 adults and 2 dogs. We are grateful to Christian for opening up his place for folks with pets. They had a blast here.
