「We booked the room on the top floor with a large balcony. It had no view but it was lovely to sit outside. The building from the outside is attractive. The room could do with some maintenance but it was functional. The room was cleaned every day if you needed and the lady was always helpful and kind. I would recommend this hotel since it is located in a very busy area with lots of restaurants and shops and close to the ferry.」

「I believe the ratings are totally manipulated. The rating should be 7.5, no more than that. Entrance and reception looks like a backpacker hostel. There are NO ELEVATORS. THERE IS A NARROW STAIR. Guest has no control over aircon temperature. The hotel has set it at 26 or 27. There is a thermostat in the room but it does not work. There are bagsfull of stuff and cleaning supplies outside the room 24 hours a day. This may be good hotel for price range of $50 per night. I should know as I have...
