Villa Mary is an exclusive Sicily villa to rent with private swimming pool situated in a splendid sea front position in Marina di Modica, a small seaside resort on the southern coast of Sicily. Surrounded by a luxuriant garden, this prestigious property boasts large, well equipped terraces with panoramic sea views. Furnished in contemporary style, the comfortable interior of the villa is equally welcoming and divided into two buildings overlooking the large swimming pool. It includes nine air-conditioned bedrooms, eight luxurious bathrooms, two kitchens, two living rooms and a lounge, which can comfortably accommodate up to 18 people. The villa also has an exclusive fitness area and a number of other amenities, such as A/C, heating, computer work station with Wi-Fi, satellite TV, iPod docking station, washing machine, dishwasher and safe. This amazing, dream villa, ideal for relaxing holidays by the sea, is located just a few kilometres from the baroque towns of Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla and Noto, but also from Marina di Ragusa with its clubs together with the other places of the Inspector Montalbano series such as Sampieri, Punta Secca and the Donnafugata Castle.

SMALL HOUSE: First Floor: living/dining room with kitchen area, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, veranda. Ground Floor (accessed from outside): 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower, 1 twin/double bedroom with en-suite shower, terrace.

50th birthday trip with friends

Villa Mary was the perfect home base for my 50th birthday trip to Sicily!! The houses are beautiful and it’s the perfect set up for a large group because each room has its own bathroom. The location is about 40 minutes to an hour from Ortigia, Ragusa and Modica. Simonetta, the owner, was always available for questions and she was the most gracious host. I really enjoyed our stay here at Villa Mary!!
