Hotel sympas autour de Modica

La villa est bien située, au calme des rues agitée de Modica. Le propiétaire est super acceuillant et bienveillant : bref, on se sentirai presque à la maison. Les petits déjeuners sont assurés dans un petit café à l'entrée de Modica, facile d'accès et proposant de vrais et bon déjeuners Siciliens. Seul point ne permettant pas de donner la note maximale : la faible insonorisation des chambres, on entend presquez tout ce qui se passe dans la maison.

Accueil très décevant (clés dan une boiite aux lettres et nous avons vu le propriétaire que vers 21h00 pour le régler. Mais le matin pas de déjeuner du fait de manque d'informations, après un coup de fil nous devions allés vers un bar que nous n'avons pas trouvé (pas d'infos assez précises) Accueil inexistant bien que le propriétaire habite la maison à côté.

Wonderful stay

We stayed here three nights. The best B&B we had in Sicily. especially the good wi-fi connection. It is a very quiet location, and the host's son speaks good English and helped us solved several problem during our stay. Highly recommended if you have a car. The big kitchen is great too.

Una settimana in totale relax

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia una settimana alla "Villa Rosa" in pieno relax senza stress, ottima posizione per andare al mare nelle varie località del ragusano e visitare città d'arte come Modica, Ragusa, Scicli, le cave d'Ispica,etc Il proprietario, il Sig. Gianni sempre allegro e disponibile, attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. La consiglio vivamente e spero di ritornarci.

Una bella villa nella tranquilla campagna modicana

Soggiorno di tre giorni in questa comoda villa situata nella campagna alla periferia di Modica. Ottima e tranquilla posizione sia per raggiungere il mare (Santa< Maria del Focallo a 15 minuti di auto) che per visitare gli interessanti centri storici delle città vicine (Modica a pochi minuti, Scicli, ecc...). Fiore all'occhiello della struttura è la gentilezza e la disponibilità dei proprietari che offrono la possibilità di usufruire di una cucina molto attrezzata con, tra l'altro, frigo-congelatore (acqua e birre a disposizione) e macchina caffè espresso con squisite cialde di caffè offerte ai clienti.

Meglio un campo profughi!

Mai visto nulla di più assurdo, una casa di campagna isolata e senza infissi sicuri, lenzuola vecchie e sporche, vernice da pop art sui muri, condizioni igieniche inesistenti e doccia che si smontava in pezzi, il titolare l'ho visto solo al momento di saldare, praticamente ho passato la notte sveglio x paura che qualcuno entrasse dopo aver sprangato le finestre e le porte con mobili, un errore da non rifare!

Graziosa villa in periferia di Modica

Graziosa villa in periferia di Modica. Posto tranquillo e pulito con tanto verde in giardino. Camera dotata di tutti i confort. Centro raggiungibile in 15 minuti con l'auto. Proprietario gentile e simpatico. Abbiamo fatto colazione nella grande cucina con delle buonissime brioche che ci ha procurato il proprietario. Bevande a volontà. Il posto auto al'interno della villa. Tutto ottimo
