Located in Puertorico Mogan, this 50 sqm vacation home welcomes up to 4 guests with 1 bedroom and a living room. You will find 1 bathroom and a private fully-equipped kitchen. The property offers mountain and sea views, along with private WiFi suitable for video calls, TV with video on demand, fan, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace.



Step outside to your private garden, covered and uncovered terraces, and balcony. You can enjoy the shared outdoor pool open from 7 am to 9 pm, plus an outdoor shower. The property provides step-free access throughout.



Parking is available both at the property and on the street. Pets are welcome and smoking is permitted. Events are not allowed on the property. Additional shared facilities include bike storage, tennis court access, and an EV charger for electric vehicles.



You will find yourself just 200 m from Mogan Mall and nearby restaurants, with supermarkets offering home grocery delivery.
