「The apartment is a nice modern room. Comfortable bed and sofa. Good quality furnishings. The location is a quiet residential neighborhood and a fair walk from local amenities. Staff were responsive and helpful. The mention of a pool (emphasized in photographs) and fitness center are misleading. They are not on site but a 10 minute walk away and payable as extra. As a result I did not use them.」

「The only reason I gave 3 stars for the check-in process is because I have never experienced anything like this before. After this experience, I understand it better. The part of Bucharest where this property is located is very densely populated. More explicit pictures and a map of where the driving and building entrances are would be most helpful to the uninitiated like me. The help that I got was superb! Otherwise, the room was perfect, the kitchen well appreciated, the laundry most welcome....

While the cleaning team acted quickly to rectify initial problems, the property wasn't in ideal shape upon check-in—there was a strong food odor, table runners very shabby, buildup in the shower, rusted fixtures, and broken plastic items.
