「Went to stay here they couldn’t find my reservation then told me Expedia」

「I felt the property is in a great location and it was clean. However, the check-in process could’ve been more descriptive by indicating the unit number and where the gate opener was. The unit is extremely dated. Which by itself isn’t terrible, but it would be nice to have bed linens that were newer. The mattresses were a bit uncomfortable. 」

「Nevergot to use the swimming pool cause there was no key to unlock the pool area.」

「Very clean, plenty of bedding, great location. We will stay here again if we come back to Lake Havasu. 」

「The air conditioner was non functioning when we arrived. Lake Havasu had temperatures ranging in the 100’s all week. The host did have AC company check and air conditioner could not be repaired during our stay. Host did provide portable air conditioner on 5th day of our stay but it did not cool the condo. Only provided relief if you sat directly in front of it. We did limited cooking cause that made condo even warmer. Had to keep drapes closed and limit lights to try to keep it cooler. ...
