「Upon arrival, the staff were not particularly friendly or helpful, and we were not greeted or made to feel welcome at reception. While the property is very clean, it feels quite dated and in need of an upgrade. The furniture and curtains, in particular, give the impression that little has been updated since the 1980s.」

「We booked this trip after 2 difficult years of illness and work stress and we were looking for a relaxing and quiet place to go and unwind and enjoy nature. We dreamt of days and nights on the porch listening to the birds and watching the animals by the water hole but instead our entire trip was ruined by building works. We felt like we were right in the middle of a building site and all we could hear the entire trip was hammering, drilling, machinery and workmen so there was no chance of any...
