“The term Luxury cottage is an insult. The pictures are very misleading.This place is so run down. The staff you can tell is trying hard but obviously the owner cares nothing about customer service or being honest. Our "Luxury cottage" had no microwave, no satellite TV and the kitchen and living room were exposed to heat as there are no windows only loose screening that let lots of bugs in. The couch and beds sit on concrete reminiscent of city jail. I realize this property is in the tropics but……

“Judy was great to work with. Staff friendly and attentive to needs. Pleasant stay with a private and well maintained swimming pool. Bedrooms large and airy. Plenty of clean linens and robes.”
