"My wife and I are usually very careful when it comes to booking a holiday but somehow this one got under the radar! We thought we had a bed not a bed settee, we thought there was a fully fitted kitchen, there wasn't, we thought we could use the lake, we couldn't as it was closed, I expressly asked twice if I could bring a kayak but had no reply, nor were we told the lake was out of action due to Algie, we also didn't know that pretty much absolutely everything else was extra, TV, Wifi, swimming,...

"Amazing cabin by the river, everything we needed and super cosy warm with the wood burner. Instructions about the property were perfect and covered everything we needed, easy to find. Location is very quiet but within a short drive of a number of towns with everything you need, plus a number of supermarkets. Loved this place, hope to return soon."

"Een fijn onderkomen met prima voorzieningen en een aantal mooie antieke meubelen. De bedden zijn comfortabel, de keuken is goed uitgerust. Warm water voor douchen was niet goed. De buitenruimte is krap als je met meer dan 12 man bent, en niet zo netjes. De piano hebben we leuk op gespeeld nadat we wat hadden gestemd. Voor de prijs is het zijn geld ruim waard."

"The property is down a lane in a very rural location about 2Kms outside Rance and it is about as tranquil and relaxing as you could imagine with just the distant baa ing of the sheep for company. The bedrooms and bathroom and toilet are downstairs with the living accommodation and patio upstairs which works very well. We absolutely loved it and were blessed with fine weather. To note the downstairs toilet is very compact."

"Het verblijf was ideaal voor een gezellig weekendje weg met de familie. Wij hebben gebruik gemaakt van de grote oven om lasagne te eten en crocjes te maken. Het weer viel helaas niet zo goed mee, maar op korte autoritjes was er voldoende aanbod om toch iets te beleven. Bv: Neptunusgrotten en Stoomtrein. De toegang tot 1 slaapkamer hebben we gegeven aan degenen die in de nacht niet naar het toilet moeten :). De deur kwam namelijk half uit op de trap."

Leider musste man sich Bettwäsche und Handtücher ausleihen (wußte wir vorher), was prinzipiell nicht das Problem ist, aber schade, dass man nicht vorher gefragt wird, sondern mehrfach zur Rezeption laufen muss. Die Info an der Rezi daher eher dürftig. Das Bettzeug selber passt nicht in die Bettwäsche. Das Haus selber auch nicht besonders gemütlich. Die Couch nicht liegbar und auch nicht wirklich gut sitzbar. Alles in allem okay, muss ich...

"The apartments were fantastic, a real sense of quality, and even with other rooms around you it felt very private. We opted for a lake view and I'm so glad we did - with panoramic views of the lake from large glass windows/doors. The space itself was excellent with a large living area and a small but useful kitchen area. The accommodation is ideally located for Natura Parc leisure facilities - and whilst they are different organisations it would be good if they had better communication/links...

"We did not arrive until 11.30pm as we were stuck for 3 hours in traffic in switzerland and had no way of contacting the owner. She was wonderful as we thought we would be sleeping in the car that night, but she got out of bed and let us in. Following morning, breakfast was all home made and the owner accepted my sincere apologies for the late arrival. May be an idea that Expedia gives each other a phone number to ring if late as I had no access to email whilst driving. "
