"The staff were wonderful and accomodating, the breakfast was good (not alot of variety). Rooms were clean and good sized. One suggestion to the hotwl will be to wash their shower curtains. The inside of mone had visible stains and the bottom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Other than that, great hotel to stay in"

"The staff and service was nonexistent. There was never anyone available during the posted reception hours. We were never given a code to get into the kitchen. The listed breakfast hours were 8 - 10 am, but the eating area was locked up at 9 am. The listing said there would be coffee and tea available, but there was none. My room was typical for a hostel so that was fine."

"There are major problems with this listing The wellness facilities were all unavailable during our stay. It was not made clear that we would be charged for electricity and water. The amount we had to pay was iunbeluevalbly high, adding half as much as the hotel fee on top, plus linen charge. We could not use the jacuzzi, as it was filthy,; we did not use the sauna; we turned down all the radiators as we bought logs for the fire. So, it is difficult to see how the energy bill for our actual use...
