Check in was poor. We never found out where the pool was, only the code which is not helpful if we did not know where the pool was located. It is in a different bldg. the video of the garage was unclear and we had to ask for the WiFi password. No description of which apartment was the right one. None of the apartments have numbers so the rental person had to describe how to identify the apartment. The apartment was excellent, well appointed and very comfortable. Great location
