Nice holiday with young kids

The apartment has a superb location and magnificent view of the sea and the roofs of the old town. Due to the location it is a little bit difficult to reach the apartment on foot and impossible by car but the car can be parked in the upper streets a few minutes away. Apartment is well equipped, corresponds to the description. Beaches can be reached within a 5 minutes walk also with children. Communication (in English) with Olivier is easy and he responds quickly. We had a nice holiday. Thanks.

Notre séjour a été très agréable et presque parfait. L'emplacement est vraiment très bien, proche de tout on a presque tout fait à pied et c'est très reposant. Le seul bémol c'est le stationnement, les informations sont très compliqués à avoir et la ville n'hésite pas à vous mettre des amendes.

Magnifique séjour

Appartement spacieux et emplacement idéal pour découvrir le charme du centre de Menton. Au première loge pour admirer les couchers de soleil, le feu d'artifice, lire ou peindre sur la terrasse. La climatisation a été très appréciée aussi.

Excellent séjour et emplacement de rêve

Un très bel appartement, très bien équipé et agencé, avec une vue somptueuse sur le Cap Martin et les toits de Menton, l’environnement est calme (quelques mouettes se font entendre le matin ;) Il faut monter un peu pour accéder au logement mais la montée est vraiment facile. Olivier et les personnes qui nous ont accueillis sont très agréables, je recommande vivement ce logement !

The apartment offers everything you need and is beautifully located in the old town. You have to be good on foot, but you will be rewarded with a magnificent view. We loved the place and had a great time there.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und es fehlt an nichts. Auch die Lage ist grandios. Wir haben sogar in der Hochsaison einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gefunden - haben das Auto dann aber eine Woche nicht mehr bewegt. Uns war der Ort an sich ein wenig zu touristisch und die Strände nicht sehr geeignet für kleinere Kinder... Dennoch ein sehr zu empfehlender Ort!

The apartment is really great, just in the centre of the old Menton with a great view over the town and ocean. Nicely equipped and very comfortable. The terrace is charming but not suited for having meals.

Excellent location with a magnificent view. Courteous and caring host - Pascal. Apartment that had everything that we needed (and it had room for 6 of us). 7 minutes to the beach, cafes and local market and 10 minutes back (because of the uphill walk). Menton is a jewel - beach, food, Cocteau museum, nightlife,- just choose what your heart wants. If you have a car, there are plenty of free parking spots just 5 minutes away. If you prefer, the train station is 10 minutes walk.

original, tout était parfait,sans luxe tapageur. la vue, a vous couper le souffle,la tranquillité juste en dehors du centre.la terrasse dans le toit est magnifique.a recommander aux personnes en forme.Les goelands sont bavards , surtout avec leurs petits a qui ils apprenaient a voler,mais cela fait partie du charme de cet appartement perché dans le vieux menton.vacanses hors du commun.

du charme de menton au charme de l'appart

Un appartement à la mesure du lieu : plein de charme et apaisant. Décoré avec goût, soigné; on sent que le proprio aime l'endroit et y tient. Il n'a pas tort. La vue, c'est comme sur les photos d'annonce, et donne envie d'y retourner. Pour ceux et celles qui aiment l'authenticite sans chichi. En plein vieille ville, vieille maison et vieille rue. On aime ou pas. Ce n'est pas le 26eme etage d'un building de benidorm. Confortable et bonne literie. Pas de superflu ni de tape a l'oeil: juste un endroit un peu hors du temps, décore contemporain. Belle harmonie entre la déeco interieure, le batiment, les alentours et la vue. Ca colle, c'est cohérent. Et pour la terrasse (spacieuse et confortable) faut juste faire gaffe à l'escalier qui y mène. Juste un truc: l'équipement cuisine peut être un peu court sin on est quatre. Heureusement qu'il y a un lave vaisselle. Et autre étonnement, peut-être propre à cette région de france: rien d'alimentaire qui traîne, pas de fond de savon de vaisselle ni la fin d'un paquet de sucre. Lorsqu'on loue, on abandonne toujours plein de trucs pour les suivants, car on ne prend pas l'avion pour ramener un pot de poivre, ni des tablettes pour lave vaisselle. Là, rien, c'est drôle. C'est un détail, mais surprenant. Ideal en couple, ou avec jeunes enfants, pour avoir la paix, bouquiner, se reposer, et pourquoi pas méditer devant un tel panorama. Pas possible de se lasser, les couleurs changent tout le temps. Comment, suite à ce commentaire, vous annulez vos vacances ? Pas de problème, je fonce et je réserve vos deux semaines à votre place. Ah oui, pas de souci si vous avez moins de temps, car menton, on en a très vite fait le tour. Dernier détail : deux super restos abordables et délicieux: Ulivo, place cap (accueil sarde en plus) et, en contemporain soigné, mais pas cher si on choisit la délicieuse pizza : cap sud, quai bonaparte. Vraiment délicieux tous les deux, bon accueil.

L'appart est situé au coeur de la vieille ville, pittoresque et très calme. Il est décoré avec gout et bcp de charme. Littéralement hors du temps suspendu à la mer nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

une vue à vous couper le souffle!

Je garderai un très bon souvenir de ce séjour à Menton, non seulement la vue sur toute la baie est magnifique mais l'appartement est sympathique ,très clair ,meublé avec goût ,confortable, très calme, très jolie salle de bains toute neuve , agréable grande cuisine bien équipée , j'ai apprécié la terrasse d'où l'on domine le vieux Menton , la vue du séjour sur la mer et celle de la chambre aussi . Les commerces sont proches ainsi que le marché . Les environs sont riches de sites à visiter. Nous avons été très bien accueillis le premier jour et renseignés sur Menton et son histoire. Nous avons un peu peiné avec nos valises pour accéder à l'appartement qui est situé au dessus du vieux Menton , mais qui dit vue dit hauteur ! et franchement ça vaut le coup! J'espère pouvoir revenir bientôt !

Appartement de charme

Très bel appartement et fonctionnel qui a l'avantage d'être très bien situé dans la vieille ville de Menton (beaucoup de charme et au coeur des différents centres d'intérêt). La terrasse offre une vue inoubliable. L'accès en voiture n'est pas évident (dépôt bagages + parking), mais sur notre période (Paques), c'est parfaitement gérable (parking du port gratuit)
