  • Welcome to the Carriera Centrala house located in the heart of the beautiful hilltop village of Peillon (06440). Located at an altitude of 376m, this house welcomes you in an authentic and peaceful setting in the heart of the Paillons valley, only a few kilometers from Nice, Monaco and the beaches of the French Riviera. Nestled in a preserved natural environment, Peillon seduces with its cobbled streets, its stone houses and its remarkable historical heritage. It is the ideal destination for a stay combining relaxation, discovery and outdoor activities.

    The house consists of:
    a dining room with cupboards
    a living room with a biblitohèque opening onto a balcony
    a fully equipped independent kitchen
    a separate guest toilet
    a footbridge crossing the alley to access a first bedroom with shower room opening onto a beautiful balcony overlooking the village and the mountain
    Upstairs:
    a large bedroom with bathroom and toilet and cupboards interior view village and church
    a third bedroom with shower room and toilet and cupboards interior view village and church

    Collective parking at the bottom of the village, access to the house is on foot by about sixty steps. There is no supermarket or grocery store in the village, so plan what you need before going up.
    There is a supermarket: intermarché 240 ZAE de la Bégude, 06340 Cantaron (10min) as well as all the shops at the tip of tales.
    Basic products are available in the house.

    Nearby, take advantage of many assets:

What a fabulous find. I wanted an unusual property within 45 mins of Monaco and this property delivered in abundance. Set a top the edge of a mountain, this small medieval village has so much charm. It literally takes you back to a different time. The property felt like the owner had literally left for holiday with everything to make a home homely catered for. This included toiletries, every cooking utensil you could want (including very sharp German knives) and use of a large fridge/freezer and top of the range Bosch washing machine and dishwasher. The owner clearly is well read with access to hundreds of books and a balcony with one awesome unobstructed view from the top of the mountain into the valley below. Without a shadow of doubt my best stay in self catering accommodation- ever!
