「My lower rating is mainly because of the check-in process and the difficult communication with the host. At the address the flat number was wrong - there were other people already staying there. Tried to call the host a few times and there was no answer or call back. And 4 hours later I got an email (from a private company, not through Expedia) with the correct flat number and we were able to finally check-in. Overall, the accommodations feel a bit dated and worn from years of use.」
