I can honestly say that this is the first negative review we have ever left for a hotel so it is not something that we find joy in doing. “Lucky, i saw four leopards, two in evening safari and two in morning. Even we weren’t the first car arrived but the diver/guider can find the best locations to us for taking picture once the leopard moving. It is because he can estimate the animal behavior with well-known of yala national park. He is Achi, one of the best safari driver and guider. “We loved our stay at Onrock Hotel. The view was amazing and the infinity pool perfect after a day sightseeing. The staff especially Kavindu extremely helpful. Very close to the Main Street without being noisy. Loved our stay!!!”

“This property just made me feel like I wasted all my money.I didn’t get what I paid for.Few things just made me annoyed: 1) The entire room was nasty and not cleaned properly. 2) It was smelling so bad from bathroom drainage. 3) The bathroom drainage was so bad and the entire shower area got flooded. 4) No towel was there and finally I had to call them to provide towels. 5) We found lots of insects which was unexpected. “We had a lovely stay at Ella Retreat. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and included a fridge, kettle, little cooktop and kitchen sink which was handy. “度假村离Elle这么远是没有想到的，据说在Hotels.com上标的是空中距离:-( 幸好入住那天一路暴雨，所以错过Elle所有的景点也没有什么遗憾。 酒店很偏僻，紧邻一大片农田，很有巴厘岛乌布的感觉，格外的亲近自然。 因为是生态酒店，一切以融入自然为主题，所以客房不免简单一点。休息区域都在室外，这也造成了一些不方便。 最值得大加赞赏的就是亲近自然。一早起来由向导带领，在度假村范围内观鸟，孔雀、大嘴犀鸟、野鸡随处可见，孔居然雀还跑到了我们居住的度假屋边。 入住当天好像只有我们一行5个客人，所以服务的自然非常好。 餐饮也不错，虽然没有什么特别惊艳，但非常好吃。餐后推荐我们吃了水牛酸奶冻，奶味十足，加上当地的枫糖，口味很好。”

“Seemed the best hotel in the area. Room big with a terrace leading to the very attractive large pool with the lake and a tree house to climb. Monkeys about who were fun to watch. Breakfast more to Asian tastes than mine but French toast, potato’s, fruit and breads available.It was very quiet during our stay with more staff than guests! Good choice for Yala but recommend the wild edge restaurant opposite in the evening for a drink.”
