"There were 7 adults attending a conference in Chapel Hill (17 min drive away) and we each had our own room, plus a large kitchen and tons of living space, all for the price of one hotel room in CH! "Convenient location set back off road for lots of quiet and privacy. Beautiful home and backyard. Attentive owner who responded quickly to a repair need we faced. One challenge for our group of adults only: listing states 4 queen beds. They are actually full/double beds. Not an issue if used for children but adult siblings and cousins could not sleep comfortably. With 2 extra couches, we figured it out!"

"We stayed here with our teenage son for a baseball tournament. The home is very clean and well kept. The washer/dryer was a lifesaver! There is a small fenced-in back yard in addition to a comfortable living room to relax. Nearby there is pond with a walking trail. We enjoyed our short stay. It was much better than a hotel!"

"Quiet neighborhood. Roomy house. Plenty of parking available. Only TV in main living room. Bunk room is very small so won't work for any one with claustrophobia or uncomfortable in small spaces. Somewhat dark in living/bedrooms. Needed more towels in all bathrooms but sent over immediately. Added more hangers in closets as they were sparse. Iron scheduled to be replaced. Lots of stairs and front walk stones get very slick in damp conditions. Good place for families and especially with children."

"If you need somewhere to stay in Fuquay I highly recommend this place. The house was clean and the attention to detail (books, games, menus, restaurant list, etc) was much appreciated. Check in was super easy and the instructions for check out were very clear. I would definitely stay here again."

"This was such a great getaway for the weekend. Everything was clean and well maintained. The hosts were easy to contact and answered all my questions. Great way to learn about living off grid, showering in an outdoor stall and using a composting toilet. If you need to keep some food cold or frozen I suggest bringing some ice. They provided a small cooler. Overall great experience."
