「This is a small family run hotel with great Tanzanian pride. It is clean, very quiet, with friendly staff. The hotel was down a side street and short narrow road. But our airport driver had no issues. We took advantage of Brown. He is a tour guide thst took us around Arusha for 2 days. He handled all museums, lunch, taxis, and questions. He was much better than larger kayak or Travelocity tours. We walked 1 km down the road to embers restaurant if you feel adventurous.This experience...

Well priced and I will definitely be staying here again in the future and recommend you do as well. Emanuel the manager is always on property and went out of his way for my every need. This place is truly a hidden gem because I have not really seen any other reviews. 」

The receptionist did not even have reservation when I checked in after I booked through Hotel.com a day before. I had to wait for half an hour for her to contact the manager, who is not onsite.」
