New apartment immersed in peace and nature, on the ground floor, 62 square meters in a newly built Ligurian-style house in Littorno, carefully furnished, by car is just 10 minutes from the center of Moneglia, only 3.5km; the municipal road was enlarged in the narrowest section in November 2018. Through the path 25 minutes to go up, 15 minutes to go down. Connections to the main trails close to home!
Bus stop 50 meters away.
Private parking for 2 cars next to the apartment. From 1 June to 31 August also 2 reserved parking spaces in the car park in the town center, a sports field area, adjacent to the beautiful La Secca beach.

Eine wirklich schöne sehr ruhig gelegene Unterkunft. Sehr saubere, gepflegte Wohnung alles was man braucht. Sehr schöne Ausicht und einen tollen Pool. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.Der Gastgeber war wirklich perfekt. Geholfen bei Restaurantreservierung, hat Tipps gegeben usw. die Kommunikation war echt super. Wir würden auf jedenfall gerne wieder kommen.

Amazing property in a lovely peaceful location. Town of Moneglia was great and loved the beach (preferred pebble beach next to apartments parking spot in the village over the sand beach next to the town centre). Only stayed 2 nights… wish we could have stayed for longer.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in einer wunderschönen Gegend. Wir haben uns unheimlich wohl gefühlt, der Gastgeber Massimiliano war super nett und hilfsbereit, jederzeit erreichbar und einfach unglaublich herzlich, hat viele Tipps gegeben. Das Appartement hat alles, was man braucht und mehr als das. Es gibt einen richtig schönen Pool, den wir oft genutzt haben. Man benötigt das Auto, um in den Strandort Moneglia zu kommen, dort hat man sogar einen Stellplatz, den man kostenfrei nutzen kann.Es war wunderbar!

Wir waren 2018 schon dort und haben uns auf den erneuten Aufenthalt sehr gefreut. Es war, wie damals schon, alles tip top, sauber, in takt und erholsam. Der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr gut und durch das Salz eine bessere Wasserqualität. Unser Sohn konnte den ganzen Tag darin tauchen und hatte keine roten Augen.Ein absolutes Highlight ist der Gastgeber Massimiliano. Er ist immer nett, erreichbar und tut alles dafür, dass der Aufenthalt schön wird. Egal was ist, er hilft gerne und ein Besuch in seinem Shop ist mit Kinder Pflicht :-).Bis nächstes Jahr

We had a great time at Massimilianos apartment. 2 adults and 2 kids (6 and 8 years old). Massimiliano was the perfect host, very helpful and very easy to get in touch with. He recommended great restaurants and places to eat icecreme. We had no problems at the apartment at all. The apartment was exactly as shown at the pictures. Bright, very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Great private terrace for us to eat outside.I recommend traveling by car, but it would be possible to go there by bus from Moneglia. Also very easy to travel to Moneglia by train.The road to the house is very narrow the last kilometer or so, but you will get used to it.You are also able to walk down to the city through the woods down the mountain, I didn’t go up though. A very nice walk, and you can take a taxi or bus up again.

Waldbaden in anderer Form

Es war ein sehr angenehmer und erholsamer Aufenthalt. Die Betreuung vor Ort war ausgezeichnet. Die Ruhe im Grünen haben wir sehr geschätzt und die Privatsphäre am Pool haben wir sehr genossen. Hier bekam das Waldbaden eine ganz neue Bedeutung. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen auf der Terrasse von grünen Bäumen umgeben mit einer tollen Aussicht war jeden Tag ein Highlight. Wir können einen Aufenthalt nur sehr empfehlen, da die Ferienwohnung ein guter Kontrast zu den überfüllten Cinque Terre ist und von dort sehr gut erreichbar sind (mit dem Zug). Wir möchten uns bei Massimiliano noch einmal ganz herzlich für den tollen Aufenthalt und die Betreuung bedanken!

Magischer Ort - Ruhig, komfortabel und ganz ganz viel Gastfreundschaft

Wir hatten im Mai/Juni einen wunderbaren Urlaub bei Massimiliano in Littorno.Massi, der Gastgeber, hat uns bei unserer Ankunft in der Nähe der Hauptstraße abgeholt und uns über einige schmale Bergstraßen zum Haus begleitet.Die Wohnung war sauber und bestens ausgestattet - besonders die Küche. Massi hatte sogar extra ein paar Snacks für uns bereitgestellt. Auch z.B. Olivenöl, Gewürze, Kaffee und Waschmittel war vorhanden.Für unser Kind hatte Massi sogar ein Spielzeug als Willkommensgeschenk.Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Und Massi war bei Fragen immer erreichbar und sehr Der Blick von der ruhigen Terrasse auf die Berge und das Meer ist großartig.Der Weg zu Fuß nach Moneglia (ans Meer) ist sehr empfehlenswert - aber auch ein bisschen anstrengend (auf dem Rückweg ca. 180 Höhenmeter).Von Littorno führt außerdem ein schöner Wanderweg Richtung Süden mit schönen Ausblicken auf Moneglia und die Küste.In die Nachbarorte an der Küste kommt man leicht mit der Bahn, die stündlich fährt. Die Küstenstraße für Autos ist während unseres Aufenthaltes leider gesperrt gewesen.

Von Anfang bis Ende haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Weg dort hin war zwar etwas abenteuerlich, hat aber viel Spaß gemacht. Wer die Natur und Ruhe liebt, ist hier genau richtig Unser Vermieter hat sich um alles gekümmert (Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben inklusive Reservierung und war immer erreichbar). Magnifique séjour sur les hauteurs de Moneglia

Tout était parfait! De l’accueil à l’entrée du charmant village de Moneglia trouver facilement sur les conseils de Massi. Nous avons suivi notre guide jusqu’à la maison située sur les hauteurs au milieu de la verdure, parfait. Tout correspond parfaitement à l’annonce et il y’a tout sur place pour passer un excellent séjour… L’appartement parfaitement équipé, terrasse et piscine avec vues, Top! Massi a toujours été disponible pour nous répondre et nous donner de bons conseils Encore Merci!

Un coin de paradis

Au cours de notre roadtrip Italien, nous avons posé nos valises dans cette sublime location sur les hauteurs de Moneglia, à Littorno. Massimiliano nous a accueilli chaleureusement. Nous avons même rarement été aussi bien accueilli dans une location ! Il nous a communiqué les informations nécessaires en amont de notre arrivée et nous a présenté la location. Rien ne manque ! L'électroménager est récent et fonctionnel (plaque induction, lave vaisselle, cafetière Nespresso, lave vaisselle, lave linge, etc), le matériel mis à disposition est de qualité (materiels de cuisine, chaises longues, parasols, serviettes, sechoir, etc). Des denrées sont mis à disposition pour démarrer le séjour : un paquet de pâtes, papier toilette, shampooing, etc. Une place de parking privée est à notre disposition. La location était très propre à notre arrivée. La literie est très confortable. La grande terrasse de la location est un vrai plus : celle ci est sécurisée (grille d'entrée verrouillée et balustrade sécurisée). Nous avons laissé notre fille de 21 mois jouer sans problème. D'ailleurs, la location était complètement adaptée pour elle. La piscine est située à l'arrière du bâtiment et donne sur la nature. Un avre de paix... Le bruit des cigales et le clapotis de l'eau sont au rendez vous. Dépaysement assuré ! Nous sommes extrêmement satisfaits de ce séjour. Encore un grand merci à Massimiliano pour sa grande disponibilité et ses réponses rapides pour nous conseiller.

Peaceful hideaway

We really enjoyed our stay here (family of 4). The property was spotlessly clean with air-con in all rooms. The pool was lovely and I think we got lucky as we had it to ourselves 90% of the time. Massi is the ideal host - helpful and welcoming but never imposing. He booked us a table at a fantastic trattoria in the next village. The drive up the hill isn’t for the faint hearted but the views and quiet are worth it. A car is definitely needed. Would recommend.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schick und perfekt ausgestattet. Ob Spülmaschinentabs, Waschmittel, Pfannen, Töpfe,...alles war vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das haben wir aber auch dem super Gastgeber Massimiliano zu verdanken. Er war immer erreichbar und hat uns bei Fragen umgehend geantwortet. Der Fußweg (durch einen Wald) in die Stadt und insbesondere der Rückweg kann als Sporteinheit genutzt werden (ca. 25min) :) Kann bei hohen Temperaturen anstrengend werden. Der Pool mit dem Traumausblick war das Highlight für unsere Kinder. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen!!.

Italian Serenity

After a brief communication on What’s App, the gentle host Massimiliano awaited us in the center of Moneglia to personally guide us to the accommodation. We were delighted by an arrangement of beers and chocolate and a quick and profound description of the Appartement. The stay was very qualm, surrounded by a small agriculture and nature. Everything worked out and you can even use Sky or Netflix for instance. The host was helpful and asked a few times if we need anything else. He also responded quick to our questions. Enjoyable stay

Lovely apartment near to Moneglia. The pool area was lovely too. Massi was a very kind and considerate host and met me at the train station to bring me to the apartment. I appreciated the water and snack he left. He also made me a reservation at a local restaurant which was very nice. Thank you for your hospitality Massi. I did not have a car and I stayed here. Moneglia train station is about a 35 mins walk downhill from here. And an uphill walk back. I hike a lot so I was not bothered. But if hills bother you, then a car is best. There is parking at the apartment.
