"Awesome room, great staff, great location "

"When I FIRST entered the establishment, I was greeted and helped by a young lady named Morgan. She was very kind and ourteous. When I was checking out or just before another different older female was there. It was about 10am I asked if I could get a cup of coffee for breakfast. Checkout is 1200pm so officil I was still a guest. This wench bluntly told me that No I couldnt as the cafè was closed at 930am . This seemed all to convenient to me so instead of causing a fuss I left but will not use your business again."

"First room had no heat so they put us in different room couldn't get in with key card they said ya they have that problem and wanted us to leave our door open if we went anywhere and they had bed bugs"

"We enjoyed our 12-night stay here and found it to be clean and quiet. It is a nice neighborhood and we felt safe walking in the area, including the nearby university campus. Suggestions would be to provide more clothes hangers for the bedroom closets, a small dresser for the bedrooms and a towel rack for the bathroom. These are minor issues and we have no reservations about recommending this property. The host responds quickly. "
