"Clean. Walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. It would be though in the heat of the day, but we drove our stuff down dropped it off and then had my husband walk back down to us. We walked down at night to the beach and it was no problem. The price was high in my opinion for the amount of days we stayed. One of the reasons I picked this rental was because it offered a free gear rental (maybe 30 I think, can’t remember now) but then when I asked about it once we were there they said it’s only for people who stay 3 or more days. That would have been nice to know ahead of time. The thermostat was to be kept at 72. The master was the hottest in the house. But I abided by the rules. But I wish it could have been turned down to at least 70. I’m heat intolerant due to medical issues so that really sucked for me. There was no coffee or anything provided. So that was a little frustrating. When I’m paying that much and only staying for a quick getaway so my kids could have a beach trip this year, the extra little things would have been nice. Overall it was nice. I was thankful to be able to rent it. Just a little pricey in my opinion."

"Very convenient. The location is great for easy access to the beach. Easy drive to town. The outdoor shower is an excellent addition, and made the cleanup from the beach very easy. This house is perfect for a couple or a small family of 3. I highly recommend this house for an easy and convenient beach vacation."

"We absolutely LOVED it here! We stayed for a week for our family vacation of 8 and it was our 5 month old grand daughters first vacation and beach trip! Everything was perfect. The house was so spacious and clean and they had everything you needed for the beach! From chairs, to boogie boards, to kid toys, they had it all! Leslie the host was the best host I’ve ever dealt with through Vrbo also. She was texting and keeping in touch leading up to our trip and up until the day we checked out. The fireworks were amazing as well, you could stay on the beach and see them all around you along with several people lighting their own near by. Beach bonfires are a must, the Shops, food, and all the things are close by in several directions as well. Port st. Joe, Mexico beach, cape San blas, windmark beach, so many things to do and see! 10/10 recommend staying here! We also rented a boat for the day and that was a blast, we saw lots of sea life. Indian pass raw bar is a must eat at too! Sea Duced will always have our hearts and there are so many sea shells everywhere. Can’t wait to visit again."

"This was the perfect vacation home for our family! The host included everything you could think of, was stocked with all of the basics, and was excellent with communication. Super convenient walk to the beach and included all the beach basics, such as chairs & umbrellas, and the fishing cart was a great addition, too! We look forward to booking this home again for our summer trip next year!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved Paradise Palms!! This house did not disappoint! It was our first time visiting the area. We chose it because of the dog friendly beach but enjoyed it for many reasons. This property is convenient to both PSJ and the Cape, making it ideal for all restaurant and shopping choices. Coastal Joe Properties was the BEST to work with as they were patient with all of my first-timer questions. Boating in the bay and horseback riding on the beach were awesome! The house itself was perfect in terms of very comfortable mattresses and bedding (it all felt fresh and new), nice bath towels, plenty of closet and dresser space. Dresser drawers were like new and very clean. Plenty of hangers. Smart TV’s had all the options although we spent very little time indoors as we had perfect weather! The decks all had new, comfortable furniture and they provided excellent places to sit for coffee and wine while watching the surf. Fridge provided fresh tasting water and ice, which is sometimes a worry in FL. The bathrooms and kitchen are great! I gave general condition a 4 out of 5 due to needing a shower head replaced, and the sliding doors not all working. Chris from maintenance was fabulous and lubricated them for us and replaced the shower head. One of the screened porch fan/lights didn’t work. The pool could’ve used a cleaning as there was something along the wall that also floated in the water. We didn’t notice that the first day so we made due. The grounds could use maintenance as it was hard to walk my dog on it. Overall, any worry I had was quickly gone as soon as we walked in! We would definitely rent this same property again if we are lucky enough to return to the area!! Thank you Coastal Joe and Paradise Palms!!"
