Hotel was empty when arrived which was concerning. Staff friendly restaurant was very good. Not very convenient if you don’t have your own transportation.

A GEM in Palermo!!!! Safe gated parking… Wonderful menu at the restaurant on site and the staff could not have been more helpful. In fact, we met the owner who was welcoming and extremely gracious. Compared to the hotels in Palermo Center, this is truly the best option outside of the center. WE WILL RETURN.

Nice resort where the staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome during their busy Feragusto! Though overall it was bit expensive for what we got. Breakfast was not great. Limited food and beverage selection and was cleared very early. But on the doorstep of Bello Monreale!

Nice hotel. No proper shower though.

Nice hotel with good public spaces. Strangely the bathroom had a bath, but no shower over the bath, so the only way to shower was to hold the shower head in 1 hand! This meant floor got very wet as there was no curtain and one of us slipped over on the floor as a result. Hotel was deserted and bar had no choice of beer.

Outdated room with minimal decoration / equipment (e.g. no TV, no guide on the hôtel or city). The hotel is big but there was almost no customers. Not a good atmosphere. They pretend being a 5-star hotel but honestly, it just deserves 3. Only positive point: the fish prepared at the restaurant was very good.

Don't book

Booked a week - left after 1 day. Really poor condition. 1st pool really dirty. 2nd pool and area under construction. No meny in the RESTAURANT - showed us the chefs handwritten note from the kitchen without prices and no drinks. No pool bar open, spa closed, paddle court out of order. More or less empty for guest. Tables falling apart at breakfast restaurant. A waiter that wrote sorry via Google translate that she never tried to serve breakfast before and therefore didn't know what to do. Rooms really outdated. Hotels.com were nice and helped us with a new hotel next morning. Really happy for their help.

Ικανοποιητικό

Πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και φιλικοί όλοι. Το ξενοδοχείο πολύ μεγάλο σε έκταση, καθαρό, με αυλές και πάρκο για βόλτα. Η πισίνα εξαιρετική και εστιατόριο για φαγητό (περίπου 50+ € ανά άτομο). Το μόνο πρόβλημα για μας ήταν ό,τι το δωμάτιο δεν είχε μπαλκόνι αλλά παράθυρο και το ψυγείο δεν έκανε καλή ψύξη. Για να πας στο κέντρο του Παλέρμο καλυτερα να έχεις δικό σου όχημα.
