Relax with friends and family at this beautifully remodeled, 1 story home located at the mountain gateway city of Monroe, WA, 7 minutes from the historic town of Snohomish, WA, minutes from the Snohomish River & Lake Tye, and just 1 hour from Stevens Pass ski resort. Our area is packed full with wonderful activities from shopping, dining, hiking, biking, skiing, fishing and boating. We look forward to hosting you!
The space
About our home

The living area includes a huge, comfortable sectional couch, a dining table that seats 6 & an island that seats 3. The beautiful kitchen is equipped with new appliances and everything you need to cook your meals including a Keurig, a hot water pot, a blender, a waffle maker, an air pop & a toaster.

Enjoy the cozy great room with a gas fireplace. a 55 inch Roku TV and walk out covered patio with a gas BBQ. s

A seasonal outdoor Fire Pit is available to roast some marshmallows or have a couple of drinks by the fire and watch the stars!

2 cruiser bikes are available upon request to ride along the many trails that snake through the neighborhood, or along nearby Lake Tye park.

2 kayaks are available seasonally upon request for leisurely floats on Lake Tye.
The spaces:

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials needed for cooking including salt/pepper and spices.

Living room:
In the living room, there is a huge, comfortable sectional couch, perfect for game night! A large selection of games and puzzles are provided for your enjoyment.

Bedrooms:
The primary bedroom includes queen-size adjustable bed, a walk in closet & ensuite bathroom with walk in shower.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed.

The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a double/full bed on the bottom and a twin on top.

There is an additional full bathroom with a traditional tub for guests.
Guest access
A code to a lockbox will be provided to guests prior to check in.
There is plenty of parking in the driveway with enough room for 2 vehicles. Additional parking available on the street for potential visitors.
Other things to note
The fire pit is seasonal and stored during the rainy seasons.
The bikes & kayaks are available upon request and prior arrangement with the host. They are typically stored offsite.
A gas BBQ with tools is located on the back patio.
Keurig/coffee maker with coffee pods and sugar are supplied for your first morning brew.
