Bonjour,Je suis extrêmement déçu de cette location.La qualité des prestations, du ménage, de la vaisselle et de la maison en général est inadmissible par rapport au prix de la nuit.Les toilettes étaient bouchées et la propriétaire essaye de nous faire payer 950 pour le débouchage et la vidange de sa fosse sceptique.Nous avons dû décrasser le lave-vaisselle, et retirer tout le calcaire qui l’empêchait de fonctionner.Nous avons dû nettoyer nous même les douches et salles de bains afin de retirer les cheveux et autres laissés par les locataires précédents, et surtout retirer le calcaire sur les pommeaux de douche, car le débit d’eau était insuffisant. (Impossible de prendre une douche et de tirer une chasse d’eau en même temps)Toute la vaisselle était sale dans les tiroirs.Là vue est magnifique mais l’absence de photos de l’intérieur est un bon indicateur du manque d’entretien et de prestations de la maison.Location à fuir absolument.

Beautiful Property and Pool

The property is beautiful with unbelievable views of the sea, port and surrounding area. You can wake up early and watch the sun rise over the mountains in Tuscany. The pool is fantastic with amazing views. The property is great for kids, as there is a kids bedroom with lots of toys and books. We had some issues with the air conditioning and plumbing, but the host was incredibly responsive and everything was fixed very quickly.

Nice genuine italian place with high privacy

The house and the poolarea were really nice and the privacy and panorama over the sea was amazing. The contact with the owner were good and easy, we kept contact via watsup during the stay. She gave us recommendations to nice restaurants. We needed support with the pipes since there was a blockage in a drain, from one of three toilets, not so unusual in an old house with narrow drain pipes, the owner immediately called a caretaker to fix the problem and apologized profusely for the problem. A lady came to clean every day (except Sunday) which was something we really appreciated we could devote ourselves to sightseeing and spending time with the family. The house is situated on a hill and the road from the village are narrow and steep, so it is good to have a car to go there.

A fantastic house with exceptional hosts!

The house delivered on all of its promises. We, a family with 2 adult children and a dog, spent 3 weeks in September at the house and felt completely at home. We thoroughly enjoyed the 180-degree view of Porto Santo Stefano and the Monte Argentario bay. The entire house, especially the kitchen, is incredibly well-equipped. The charming housekeeping lady, Rita, came daily for cleaning, and our linens were changed weekly. The house cat, despite regularly being chased by our dog, remained as serene as a little Buddha. Domitilla was always available for any questions. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Una vacanza troppo breve, ma piacevolissima

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza familiare molto gradevole in una villa collocata in una posizione splendida. La casa è molto bella e molto ben arredata; inoltre è divisa in modo tale che le tre famiglie di cui si componeva la nostra tribù (per non parlare del cane), avessero gli spazi necessari senza limitazioni e con il massimo della confortevolezza. Il panorama che si ammira da qualsiasi punto della casa, e ovviamente dal grande giardino è davvero unico e contribuisce al benessere generale (Villa Panorama di nome e di fatto). I proprietari, infine, sono molto ospitali, premurosi e signorilmente attenti.

Une hôte vraiment agréable dans une belle maison dans son jus!

Domitilla a vraiment le sens de l'accueil et a fait son possible pour réserver activités, restaurants, donner toutes les bonnes adresses de Porto San Stefano et alentours. La maison a du charme et elle est facile à vivre quand on est nombreux avec enfants. La vue est à couper le souffle !

Soulful & Sweet

Our family had an incredible stay in this sweet and soulful house. The amazing host welcomed us generously and invited our children to visit the garden for organic Roma tomatoes, fresh basil, peppers and fennel. The beautiful house has the most exquisite views and is close to the best gelato in Italy. We took a ferry to Giglio for the day and had a summer vacation we shall never forget. Thank you!!!!!!!!!

Potenzialmente bella, ma richiede una rinfrescata generale. Great Potential, but in need of work.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa per una settimana. Tre coppie e tre bambini. La posizione della villa é impagabile: vista stupenda e grande tranquillità. Purtroppo la casa non è dotata ne di aria condizionata ne di ventilatori a soffitto, quindi di notte fa caldo e si fatica a dormire. La casa é in teoria dotata di Wi-Fi, ma non ha mai funzionato nel periodo della nostra permanenza. Il livello generale di pulizia della casa dovrebbe essere migliorato. Per fare un esempio, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato la cucina e le stoviglie sporche ed abbiamo dovuto passarci del tempo per renderle praticabili. Malgrado la descrizione della villa indichi la presenza di un barbecue, quello trovato era inutilizzabile perché arrugginito e privo della griglia centrale. Dopo un paio di giorni la fossa biologica si é riempita costringendoci a respirare puzza di fogna ogni volta che facevamo la doccia. Molte delle pareti interne erano coperte di ragnatele o mostravano l’usura del tempo. Facciamo questo tipo di vacanza in grandi villa ovunque in Italia da anni ed abbiamo una certa esperienza di cosa si possa trovare per questo range di prezzi di affitto. Per questo mi sento di dire che la villa necessita di una rinfrescata generale che consenta di apprezzare al meglio le sue grandi potenzialità. We stayed in this house for a week. Three couples and three children. The position of the villa is priceless: wonderful view and great tranquility. Unfortunately, the house is not equipped with air conditioning or ceiling fans, so at night it is hot and you can hardly sleep. The house is in theory equipped with Wi-Fi, but it never worked in the period of our stay. The general level of house cleaning should be improved. For example, when we arrived we found dirty kitchen and dirty dishes and we had to spend some time to make them workable. Despite the description of the villa indicates the presence of a barbecue, the one found was unusable because rusty and without the central grid. After a couple of days, the biological pit filled up and forced us to breathe the smell of sewage every time we took a shower. Many of the interior walls were covered with cobwebs or showed the wear and tear of time. We do this kind of holiday in large villas anywhere in Italy since years and we have some experience of what we can find for this range of rental prices. For this reason I would say that the villa needs a general refreshment to allow better appreciating its great potential.
