Part of the land is cultivated with olive trees (in October/November it is possible to pick the olives and watch them being pressed).The garden is perfectly and regularly cared for by a gardener.On the plain opposite, the panorama offers the famous Montecatini Terme, which at night looks like a nativity scene illuminated by coloured lights. An outdoor area equipped with an oven, barbecue and private swimming pool (10 x 5 m) allows you to lunch or dine in the midst of nature with the warmth of the fire.
An ideal place for excursions by mountain bike, on foot or on horseback, thanks to the numerous stables in the area. Eno-gastronomic tourism will lead you to the discovery of typical local products... Relaxation will only be complete after being pampered in the spas of Montecatini or Monsummano Terme.
There are countless restaurants and typical pizzerias nearby. In Montecatini Terme (5 km away) you can find all services: bars, discos, shops, spas, etc.
The house is also ideally located for visiting Florence, Pistoia, Lucca (Luca Comics!) and Pisa.
On sale are wines, oil, honey and other locally produced products. Free tastings at the shop/wine cellar.

A security deposit of EUR 250,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
