Your holiday villa is well positioned on a ridge with spectacular views over the famous Marche countryside and towards its coastline in the distance. The house is set in a green garden, completely fenced which offers excellent privacy. The central body of the villa is composed of a large living room and a kitchen on the ground floor and four bedrooms on the first floor. In the annex you will find a large room with bed and sofa bed. Outside, in the beautiful pool area, you can spend hours relaxing in the sun or in the water as well as the garden where your children and your four-legged friend will have fun.
If you prefer swimming in the sea, you can choose from the beautiful beaches in the region which are easily reachable by car. You will find all kinds of shops in the nearby town of Montelupone and in the city of Macerata.










Your holiday villa is well positioned on a ridge with spectacular views over the famous Marche countryside and towards its coastline in the distance. This house, immersed in a green and completely fenced garden, offers excellent privacy, making it an ideal refuge for those seeking tranquility and comfort. The central body of the villa is composed of a large and bright living room, perfect for moments of conviviality, and a modern and fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. On the first floor, you will find four welcoming bedrooms, each tastefully furnished and equipped with all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay.

The annex, located a short distance from the main villa, offers additional living space with a large room that houses both a bed and a sofa bed, ideal for hosting additional friends or family. Outside, the villa boasts a splendid pool area where you can spend hours relaxing in the sun or cooling off in the crystal clear water. The surrounding garden is a paradise for your children, who will be able to play safely, and for your four-legged friend, who will have plenty of space to run and have fun.

If you prefer to swim in the sea, the beautiful beaches of the region are easily reachable by car. The beaches offer golden sand and clear waters, perfect for a day of sun and sea. For your daily needs and shopping, you will find shops of all kinds in the nearby town of Montelupone and in the larger city of Macerata, both within easy reach. Montelupone offers a charming historic center with quaint shops, while Macerata, famous for its opera festival, offers a wide range of services, restaurants and cultural attractions.
