Our experience at this hotel was terrible. It was impossible to contact them before arriving. When we did arrive after 6 hours in the car they would let us use a restroom and it would be 3 hours until check in. The woman kept adding a day to my stay. And as I requested a downstairs room for the 5th time she put me upstairs. Another woman working said they need a downstairs room. So finally we did get the downstairs room. The bed was so uncomfortable and it leaned so far to the right that my husband could not stay on the bed. When we were going through our day we decided just to drive home instead of getting another sleepless night. When we went to the desk the gentleman at the desk said the mattresses are brand new and costs a thousand dollars. He said we must go through VRBO to get a refund and VRBO said we had to go through the hotel. I was unhappy with the service of this location. I had a wonderful experience at the other property I stayed at.
