Beautiful, cosy country house "L'Orlo del Bosco", 2 storeys, semi-detached, renovated in 2015, surrounded by trees and fields. 1 km from the centre of Levane, on the outskirts, 4 km from the centre of Bucine, in the countryside. For shared use: property 20'000 m2 (fenced), terraced garden plants and trees, meadow. Private: swimming pool (10 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep. pool opening hours: 09:00-20:00). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Motor access (300 m via unmade road). Roofed, parking on the premises. E-charging station. Shop 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 1.2 km, railway station "Bucine" 4 km, thermal baths "Rapolano Terme" 30 km. Nearby attractions: Arezzo 28 km, Siena 44 km, Florence 53 km. Great locations, garden and pool. The house was on the 'rustic' side, with many old appliances not fully working and limited kitchenware. The stay was generally, okay apart from the mosquito infestation.
