Charming old stone property with private swimming pool sleeping up to 6 people. This typical perigourdian property is located in a small hamlet not far from the Bastides of Beaumont, Monpazier and the village of Cadouin.

From the central courtyard, the oak entrance door leads to a hall. To the right of the hall is a small living room, a door leading to the rear garden and swimming pool, and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

To the left of the entrance hall is a second bright and spacious living room, followed by a large, modern, well-equipped Perigordian kitchen. The kitchen has direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. A gate provides secure access to the swimming pool from the side of the house.

On this level, you will also find the laundry room and two separate toilets.

From the entrance hall, a staircase leads to the sleeping area. On this floor there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, a shower room and a toilet.

On this floor you will also find a third large double bedrrom available on option (see option list below)

Outside, there are two terraces, one shaded under a lean-to and the other open and equipped with garden furniture. The private swimming pool is set back and protected by a small laurel hedge. There is also a children's swing in the garden. A high chair and cot are available on request.
