“Great location in April Sound Proper. Very comfortable bed. There is a wall AC unit but it kept us cool and we slept very well. Plenty of space for food items in the fridge. The kitchenette was nice but we didn't need it while we were there. I like the windows in the unit and it faced a green area I think along the golf course area. Host was very responsive. ”

“Access was easy, but there is no futon in the unit. It is (1) bed and (1) couch with an autumn that made the couch more “bed like”. My friend had a rough nights sleep.”

“While we had a tad issue with checking in, I was able to reach someone within 2 minutes and it was resolved. Melissa helped us quickly and was so sweet! The studio is super cute (newly being renovated), very clean and amazing location! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Perfect for a weekend visiting SHSU!! We would stay here again!”

“We had a nice stay…they were pet (cat) friendly which we appreciated very much. We had sold our house and needed a week to wrap some things up and this rental turned out to be perfect. Easy to get meals, shopping, etc. It was very easy to get a hold of the host and responses were timely. Perfect size for a couple. The only reason they didn’t get five stars is because it’s a ground floor apartment and the blinds don’t close all the way so in the evenings if there are lights on, anybody from……
