「keys not available upon check-in; communication with host convoluted with management company being itself managed by warehoused -- spend literally hours on phone getting info on checking in and then getting keys for apt when i arrived. place clean but sterile and pictures were deceptive -- the space felt cramped with one of the rooms just an empty room. 」

「Beautiful property. As listed the hot tub was ready for use! Beautiful dogs, Zeus was especially friendly. Great for a quick trip out, the kitchen is more of a functional use only. Plan to have items for reheat in a microwave. Mini fridge available. Not too far from the sugarloaf winery and there's a great inn/restaurant about a mile away. The host was so friendly and a pleasure to work with. I plan on returning for a future visit.」
