We stayed during a winter snow storm and they were absolutely wonderful about (1) moving us to a more accessible location after my first attempt to book, and (2) about letting us know that the area would be plowed, etc. The cabin itself was absolutely gorgeous, and the hot tub on a cold night felt fabulous. I would absolutely stay here again, 100x over. 」

「This cabin likely started as a one room cabin with a loft from around the early to mid 1800s. The bedroom furniture is also from the late 1800s so it makes me think it may have always been there. It's a true relic of Appalachian family living through generations. It was very cool. It also barely had one neighbor you could see and had a nice view. Other historic property elements were the outhouse with a toilet seat from the 1850-1880 period, a later shed that was most likely built early to mid...
