“Pretty dirty. The guy was nice but the room was awful and smelled like smoke. Everything was gross, + in a dingy basement. Sorry to be harsh. I would say anyone apart from me would not be okay staying there”

“Please DO NOT book here. the people in the house were unaware we were staying there. it is a scam. Our room had insulation coming out of the walls making g it nearly impossible to breathe, ”

“I booked this place for a family member and he spoke to the person prior to arrival. Once arrived at the location the person stopped answering the phone. This was last Friday 3/20/26 and now today they attempted to remove money from my account which they were declined because I used my Cash App card. This place is a scam and thank God I didn’t use my bank card.”

“The room supposed to be smoke free, but it was smell of cigarettes. The whole way smelled so bad, I went to the front desk 3 times for them to change the room. They did not. The shower room was terrible with water all over the floor when someone took a shower. Even in the last day, when I checked out, I asked that lady for my receipt, she been so rude. She even asked me why I needed that receipt for? That was a horrible experience for me. ( the A/C was working).”

“I did not know it was like a boarding home type of situation didn't there and I came there with five other people there was no way I could stay in it I didn't know that it was three other people and there was somebody in the room that was assigned to me when I booked it and paid for it so I did not stay at the property and I would like my money back a refund thank you I had to book a whole another hotel”

“The house and room were filthy. The owner was rude and could care less that the images in the description are a misrepresentation of what the conditions actually were. The toilet didn’t work and there was trash on the floor and she said that I’d have to “deal with it” because of the low price. ”

“Absolutely horrible, They lied about how we would be accomodated, the information they provide is completely confising, what they ask of the guests in terms of how to enter and what codes and rules, is just as confusing, they made us wait an hour after our arranged arrival, completely disgusting, they should not be allowed to provide any type of service ”

“I didn’t even stay there. First of all they didn’t even send any instructions in advance. Then they sent me to a different location. The room was in a three bedroom place which I wasn’t aware it’s a shared space. There was no heat (it was 40 degrees in NJ) no toiletries including toilet paper or towels or shampoo. I just left immediately and put a stop payment on my credit card charge. I’ve never had this experience before. ”

“This propery says entire apartment. It is a room with a toilet (at best). Others are shared. I text the owner that there was no heat when I checked in, he text me 30 minutes before check out. I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this.”
