「The pictures do not do this place justice! This house is beyond amazing. Activities for all ages and plenty of room for a full baseball team and families. The owners were more than accommodating with our baseball schedule as well. This place is a must rent for any ages.」

「I stayed here with my wife and two children (girls ages 1 & 4). This cottage was literally perfect for our family. The bunk beds with the adjoining door to the master bedroom was an ideal setup for us. Plenty of room in the living room and kitchen. Infinitely better than any hotel option we had in the area! 「Best of the midwest. If you want the real deal Iowa experience in the country, this is the place for you. Alot of care and consideration went into decor, and anenities of this property. 「I stayed here with my siblings and my niece and nephew. We were attending the Chalk the Walk festival and visiting our Dad. I loved how downtown was within walking distance. The bedrooms were perfect for the twins and we had the main room to watch TV. There was a back door that allowed us to load and unload our luggage. Parking spaces behind the building were appreciated too. The full kitchen was perfect for meals and a good game of euchre. I would stay here again.」

「This house was spacious with a great room and kitchen large enough for group gatherings and meals! The kitchen was well stocked. The host responded to messages quickly and was very kind and helpful. The back deck is great for hanging out and there’s a large park with a playground and walking path next door. Highly recommend this house!」

「We stayed for a weekend while my son played in a baseball tournament. The room worked great for us. Close to the fields, easy access to restaurants. The rest of the team was jealous as we walked to our place and they drove 25 minutes to their hotels. Ryan was quick to respond to anything and very friendly.」
