"The directions are not clear for guests arriving after sundown. Google coordinates would be best. Also after almost an hour of searching I found the very small green sign that said Wunder Camp before the Domes sign. However, I never checked in bc upon arriving the mud was so sticky and thick around camp due to heavy rainfalls this past week. "This is a private property with a great view of the Abajo mountains. It is a great base camp for exploring ruins, petroglyphs, national and state parks in the area. Ft. Abajo is a very comfortable home to come back to each night and they have an informative guide book to help you plan your days if needed. The town of Monticello is quieter than Moab, it had everything we needed, and it was nice to get out of the crowds."

"Lovef the location of this little cottage. Right in town so we could walk to restaurants and right on the creek and dog walking trail that runs through town. Perfect for our 2 dogs Only negative was issue with TV pulling in channels for downtime in the evening but Internet and wifi worked great so I just plugged in my personal fire stick and was good to go for the hr ncaa playoffs."

"Hot water (or lack thereof) was a serious problem, likely due to the type of hot water heater they have. Previous renter also complained, but the problem wasn't fixed before we got there. Hope they CAN get that fixed! Property manager was very quick to respond and address issues, the majority of which were very, very minor (trim fell off kitchen cabinet, bleach spots in upstairs carpet). This place is very nice, seems new, and was VERY clean. Location is so-so, but not bad. Would stay again...

"I really liked this place. Lots of space for 2 couples. Watch out for the handle on the grill though, it’s a doozy lol. Couple of fender washers would fix that easily. Lots of room to work on your MTB if you’re into that. Parking space was a little difficult to find. It is more or less behind the property caddie corner."

"Place is newer, cozy, but upon arrival only half cleaned from previous guests. We also had some ants in the kitchen and master bathroom. It was great to have washer/dryer in unit, however the washer did not clean very well. Difficult to find, not off street google maps told us to turn on- it was into a business parking lot."
