What a view!

After a very windy and narrow road, the view from the apartment is breath taking. High ceilings, great kitchen area, very nice bathroom, practical (laundry, dishwasher, wifi and TV...). The best however are the hosts - despite a lack of foreign language, they are lovely and so helpful! We forgot our passports and they made the effort to bring them close by! Only downside: barking dogs from neighbors ( a bit further away) and shower with insufficient pressure power. Would highly recommend this appartement!

Absolutely recommend! Breathtaking view, clean and beautiful flat, good WiFi . 20 minutes to the seaside by car. Sometimes it was hot in the flat, but we had two air fans.

The view on the city and the sea is stunning. The apartment is located in a mountain village, but after a while it was no issue driving up or down the narrow streets. ???? The landlords are very hospitable, they live in the ground floor and were very helpful with the directions e.g. to the supermarket, free beaches, how to use everything in the apartment etc. The apartment was flawless, very clean, and we felt very comfortable right away. The area of Massa-Carrara is great to combine time at the beach with trips to the mountains, as the Apuan Alps are very close.

La location est très bien gérée et le propriétaire est très attentif et disponible. Le logement est spacieux, son grand attout est sa vue imprenable sur Massa! Nous étions idéalement placés pour partir pour une journées vers les 5 Terres ou vers Pise ainsi que visiter Florence.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in dieser gut eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Alles ist sauber. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Fahrt nach oben ist etwas herausfordernd. Aber die Aussicht vom Balkon ist atemberaubend schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wie hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit in der Ferienwohnung. Von der Einrichtung bis zur Aussicht, genau wie beschrieben. Der Vermieter ist mit nichts zu vergleichen. So aufmerksam und lieb, auch wenn die Verständigung nur über Handy funktionierte, war er immer da und hatte immer eine Lösung. Wir können nichts Negatives berichten, die Lage am Berg ist zum Auto fahren gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber nur so kann man so eine tolle Aussicht genießen. Ganz lieben Dank für einen gelungenen Urlaub. Erholsame Zeit

Die Lage der Wohnung und der Blick auf die Bucht sind super. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappt „mit Hand und Fuß“ einigermaßen. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und die Couch sind in die Jahre gekommenen, die Matratze, für unseren Geschmack, recht hart. Die Sauberkeit ist auch etwas verbesserungsbedürftig. Siena, Florenz & Co. gut erreichbar, nur die Autobahngebühren gehen unserer Meinung nach ins Geld. Sehr zu empfehlen sind Osteria „Il Cascinale“ direkt im Montignoso und Osteria „Mama si“ in Marinella di Sarzana. Beide haben eine einfache aber originale und sehr leckere Küche. PS. Lieber öffentliche Strandbereiche mit eigenen Sonnenschirm suchen, als die Privaten, denn dort werden schnell 30,-€ für zwei Liegen und einen Schirm / Tag fällig (in Griechenland sind es nur 10,-€).

Accueillis par les deux hôtes retraités autour d’un café, nous avez été touché par leur extrême gentillesse et leur aide, ils nous ont indiqué les routes à prendre, les coins sympas, les restaurants plaisants en prenant le temps. Le logement a l’étage est juste parfait avec une vue des plus belles que nous ayons pu voir en Italie et des chambres juste impeccables avec plus que nécessaire fourni, le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Seul regret, de ne pas être venu à la fête proposé par les voisins tout aussi sympathiques par peur de ne pas parler assez bien italien. Foncez vous ne regretterez pas et merci encore !

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und die Gastgeber sind super freundlich! Wir (3 Erwachsene, Kleinkind, Baby) haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Der Balkon mit tollem Ausblick lädt zum Entspannen ein. Hinweis: die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb auf dem Berg, wodurch ohne Auto (so gut wie) nichts möglich ist. Es geht entweder Steil bergauf oder bergab. Ein nicht allzu großes Auto (wir waren mit einem Dacia Jogger unterwegs) ist von Vorteil auf der teilweise engen Bergstraße. Zum Meer und in die Stadt sind es nur ein paar Minuten, wodurch die Lage trotzdem gut ist.
