"We stayed for a night. The exterior looks a bit rundown but the apartments are great. Everything works, it’s well equipped and clean. There’s also an elevator which is a major plus. Daily continental breakfast for 11 euros - honestly it’s too expensive for what they serve. You have to bring down your trash upon check out and clean the kitchen if you used it. Overall a nice stay."

Annie nous a fait un accueil chaleureux et nous avait proposé tout un panel d'activités/restos en amont de notre séjour. "Very comfortable with everything needed for a self catering holiday. Lots of outdoor space and we loved the pool. We had a lovely relaxing holiday and enjoyable days out. Saintes was a particular favourite. Nothing went wrong but we felt reassured that Bernal would sort out any problems. Grateful thanks."

"Had a lovely time in your chateau, thanks very much. The house was really beautiful, loads of space and lots of quirky features like the piano, vintage bicycles and attic rooms. Lady next door selling local cognac was very friendly. At night the sky was so dark, excellent for stargazing. The river charente is lovely for swimming in. Super!"

"Nous avons passé une semaine super. Je tiens à remercier une nouvelle fois Mme DA SILVA pour son accueil et sa gentillesse car elle a accepté nos deux chiennes. Le gîte est propre, lumineux et bien équipé. La piscine est partagée avec un deuxième gîte mais à chaque fois que nous y sommes allés, nous étions seuls. Toutes les commodités sont à proximité à pied ou en voiture. Prévoir juste de l'antimoustique pour le soir et la nuit si vous dormez les fenêtres ouvertes. Je recommande vivement !"
