Das sehr schöne, große Haus fügt sich perfekt in die beschauliche Landschaft. Das sehr große, umzäunte Grundstück ist ideal mit kleinen Kindern oder Hunden. Ein großer Pool lädt zum Abkühlen ein. Das gesamte Objekt ist sehr sauber, die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und diskret. Das perfekte Domizil für einen entspannten Urlaub in der Ruhe der Natur.

Geweldig mooi en groot huis! Prachtige tuin en veranda met een geweldig uitzicht! Binnen meer dan voldoende ruimte met 3 ruime slaapkamers met eigen badkamers.Bedden niet ideaal voor lange mensen ivm de achterkant.Keuken zou wat meer werkruimte mogen hebben, dat is behelpen met meerdere mensen. Alles aanwezig om zelf te koken. Rustig gelegen, wel auto nodig om naar dichtsbijzijnde supermarkt te gaan. En natuurlijk het geweldige eigen zwembad met glijbaan. Ideaal voor de kinderen! Een geweldig huis voor meerdere/grote gezinnen.Communicatie ook erg goed met de verhuurders., zowel bij inchecken, tussentijds en uitchecken.

Ein sehr schöner Ort zu entspannen

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und auch verabschiedet. Die Wohnung war in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Die Terrasse war sehr groß mit tollen Ausblick in die Tal und in die Ferne. Auf der Terrasse haben wir gefrühstückt und zu Abend gegessen.. Herrlich. Wir haben Ausflüge unternommen in die verschwendeten Richtungen. Es war für uns ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist an diesem Ort sehr gut aufgehoben. Wir kommen wieder ☺️

Molto soddisfatti

Molto bella la casa: pulita e grande, con tutto il necessario - anche asciugamani. Giardino recintato grandissimo e curato, ideale per famiglie con cane. Piscina grande e pulita. La zona è molto collinare con tante stradine e curve. La casa si trova solo 30 minuti dal mare! Faceva ancora molto caldo, ma ci siamo trovate benissimo. Grazie mille Tiziana

Ein wundervolles Anwesen

Die Kommunikation zum check in lief einwandfrei. Wir sollten uns 1 Stunde vor Ankunft melden. Bei Ankunft hat uns die Tochter sehr nett empfangen, uns alles gezeigt und wie was funktioniert. Auch das beim Poolroboter regelmäßig die Kette runterspringt und sie einfach wieder draufgedrückt wird. Ein wunderschönes großes Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern. Jedes SZ hatte sein eigenes Bad. Insgesamt können 10 Personen übernachten. Und das Grundstück...riesig und toll angelegt. Für die Hunde, die wir dabei hatten eine Riesenspielwiese. Dazu der Pool mit rund 10x5m und ca. 1,50m tief bei den Temperaturen einfach nur zum Genießen. Gern könnte viel mehr Besteck da sein. Gerade kleine Löffel fehlen (nur 2 vorhanden und zwei eckige zum Eisessen). Bei 10 Personen müssen sich vier die Löffel teilen. Ansonsten alles wirklich toll. Tags und nachts kein Autolärm. Mückenschutz vor den Fenstern wäre noch eine sinnvolle Investition. Wir können es nur empfehlen. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Auch die huckelige Zufahrt aus anderen Bewertungen wurde just während unseres Aufenthaltes begradigt, so dass jedes Auto ohne Probleme zufahren kann. 5 Sterne von unserer Seite.

Tolles Haus

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit großem, komplett umzäunten Grundstück (ideal für unseren Hund). Toller Pool und sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter. Perfekt wären noch Fliegengitter an den Schlafzimmerfenstern gewesen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolles Haus, tolle Gastgeber

Wir waren zwei Familien mit zehn Personen, die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist riesig, sowie das ganze Anwesen mit großem Pool. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten, danke nochmal!

Perfekter Urlaub, die zweite

Wir sind jetzt zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus weil es uns letztes Jahr so gut gefallen hat. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und richtig bemüht. Egal ob es um eine Reservierung im Restaurant geht oder Tips für die Region. Immer lief alles perfekt. Auch als wir ein Boot mieten wollten, haben wir uns dort getroffen und die Vermieter haben alles übersetzt. Leider hatten wir Probleme mit dem W-lan welches sich ständig aufhängt. Der Vermieter ist aber auch hier sehr bemüht.

5 Sterne für dieses Objekt! Trotzdem ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die ein bisschen genervt haben, aber selbst in Summe keinen Punktabzug rechtfertigen: - Pool ist sehr sauber, aber das verwendet Poolsalz hat bei der ganzen Familie nach etwas längerem Baden Hautreizungen verursacht - manche Türen lassen sich schlecht schließen, weil sie am Boden schleifen - seltsamerweise hatten scheinbar alle Fernbedienungen schwache Batterien - WLAN/Internet—Verbindung war recht labil - es gab Klimageräte, aber nicht für jedes Schlafzimmer

Very spacious apartement just outside the town Montottone. Lots of privacy, three bedrooms with en suite baths, convenient! The kitchen could be somewhat better equiped is my only ‘less positive’ remark. So we had a wonderful 3 days in Casa Tittie

Lovely house, great part of Italy, beautiful views

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was spacious with excellent facilities. Large garden with lovely views over the countryside. The area of Le Marche is really beautiful with many hilltop towns nearby and seaside resorts a short drive away.

Toller Urlaub mit Familie und Hund

Wir haben gemeinsam mit unseren 15 und 17 jährigen Kindern zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Alles sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Man bewohnt das großzügig geschnittene, komplette Erdgeschoss. Die Vermieter sind während dieser Zeit nicht vor Ort, stehen aber bei Fragen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Der schöne Pool, der täglich von einem Poolroboter gereinigt werden konnte, war eine willkommene Erfrischung in der heißen Zeit. Abends und morgens luden die großen Terrassen zum Verweilen ein. Der Blick ins Tal war fantastisch und das eingezäunte Grundstück hielt den Urlaub mit unserem Hund absolut stressfrei. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können das Haus absolut empfehlen! Lovely house in a peaceful and beautiful countryside

We had a lovely time in the house. There was 5 adults and 2 children in our party. The house was very spacious, clean, nicely decorated (the pictures don't do justice to the house) and amazing landscape from the balcony. Also pool was sufficient in size. Our host was very helpful. He even organized a doctor's appointment for our son who suffered from ear infection when we arrived. It's was peaceful and quiet at the surroundings.The local village was 2 km away. We ate once in the pizzeria Rosita and can warmly recommend the place. Great staff and great pizzas. The only negative things about the house were the beds (not very comfortable), lack of air-conditioning (Only a problem if you stay during the summer. We stayed at the end of June. ) and the lack of counters in the kitchen. Nevertheless we can still recommend the house for a great family holiday.

Ci siamo divertiti molto io e i miei amici, perché in una casa del genere non puoi non farlo! Seppur il soggiorno fosse per motivi di studio non vedevamo l'ora di tornare al b&b per rilassarci! Peccato soltanto per il posto un po' isolato da alcuni servizi come ristoranti o pub... Ma ci siamo adattati :)

Wonderful visit

The house is very spacious, lovely, very clean and modern, and the views from the terraces are wonderful. Our hosts were friendly, pleasant, and very helpful. We were there in cool weather, so we made no use of the pool, but we could see that the grounds were lovely and would be a great place to relax and enjoy the pool and play equipment for small children. The town is close by and has two restaurants and a small grocery store, so managing our meals was quite convenient. We very much enjoyed our stay and recommend it highly.

Great House with Pool

we were 9 people, incl. 5 children, so a pool is a must for us. the owners family is cool and relaxed, we really liked the house, despite the moskitos in the evening, with its terrace in the shade and the outside barbecue. the village is walking distance for a shop or pizza, the sea is just 30 min driving and there is a lot of wineries and agri places on the way. just fine stay to be recommended.

Una casa splendida!

Una casa splendida! Molto spazioso, vista meravigliosa, grande camere, molto piacevole. Un piccolo diffetto: la cucina non è totalmente adatta per cucinare dei pasti complicati. Ma i ristoranti nella regione sono tanto buoni et tanto poco costosi che non c'è un problema. It is a wonderful house, very spatious, large bedrooms, a fantastic view, very pleasant. One small minus: the kitchen is not really equiped for complicated meals. But the restaurants in the region are extremely good and very cheap, so this isn't a problem at all.
