「Not a Country Inn and Suites, changed to Hyatt Select with no notification. Called to ensure reservation. None. Clerk was nice, went to old computer and found original reservation, though only hotel room -no suite. No breakfast buffet as advertised…no meat or potatoes or fruit, only egg bites and usual toast, bagel.
Love the pillows!」

「The building is outdated and the roof leaks in multiple places, there was algae growing all along the edges of the pool, I used the restroom right after it was cleaned and even though there was blue cleaner in the toilet basin, there was urine on the seat when I lowered it, and only 2 out of 6 staff we encountered were friendly.
On the upside, the pool was large, nice and warm, and there is a hot tub!」

「This was a good price which was the biggest draw since I travel alot for dog shows. Dog shows are expensive so we cut where we can. I came in late so the office was closed and the key card was taped to the door which was useful. I had already paid online but there wasnt some way on Expedia to say I had 2 dogs. This is a fail on Expedia where they should have a note section where we could type for the hotel about accommodations or stuff like having a dog. The owner was upset at first seeing my...
