  • Independent, comfortable, spacious and elegant house in the middle of nature. Ideal for a bucolic break in a splendid setting, conducive to relaxation and rest. This place lends itself to teleworking. You can also enjoy the lively life of the South West, its night markets, its gastronomy and its culture.
    Location: 20min from Agen, 15min from Villeneuve sur Lot, 10min from Prayssas, 10min from Castelmoron beach, 30min from Lougratte lake, 50min from Casteljaloux water sports centre.

    This single-storey "chic countryside" style house has been completely renovated in 2024 with natural materials.
    Capacity: Sleeps 2 doubles.
    Composition:
    - bedroom (Queen size bed 160x210),
    - spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower
    - equipped kitchen open to the dining room
    - living room, central room of the house, has a very large panoramic opening, ideal for enjoying the beautiful view of the valley. The sofa can be converted into a 140x200 bed.
    - shaded terrace (east facing, pleasant even in the middle of summer) adjoining the house, ideal for outdoor dining.

    Hiking and cycling leave from the accommodation: ideal for discovering the valley and the surrounding hillsides.

Bij aankomst heel hartelijk ontvangen, het onderkomen was boven verwachting!!!! Een zeer mooi, warm, en gezellig huis. Alles heel schoon en een groot bed, wat in Frankrijk niet normaal is. Ook een heel goed bed. Wij komen hier zeer zeker terug. Alle love voor Marco en Pauline,
